जिला कलेक्टर की अध्यक्षता में हुई सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की मासिक बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शहर में बड़े वाहनों की एंट्री रोकने के लिए शहर के चारों ओर मुख्य मार्गों पर छह नाके लगाए जाएंगे। जहां पुलिस जाप्ता राउंड द क्लॉक तैनात रहेगा। ये नाके आगामी 15 दिन में शुरू हो जाएंगे। ये नाके जैसलमेर रोड़ पर गांधी प्याऊ के पास, श्रीगंगानगर रोड़ पर कल्पतरु के पास, नोखा रोड़ पर भीनाशहर में, जयपुर रोड़ पर हल्दीराम प्याऊ के पास, जयपुर-जोधपुर बाईपास पर घड़सीसर में और बिछवाल में जयपुर बाईपास पर लगाए जाएंगे। साथ ही शहर में सुबह 7 से रात 11 बजे तक बड़े वाहनों के लिए नो एंट्री रहेगी। केवल आवश्यक सामग्री वाले और लोडिंग, अनलोडिंग वाले वाहन ही शहर में आ सकेंगे।

जिला कलेक्टर नम्रता वृष्णि की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को हुई सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की मासिक बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया। बैठक में शहर से नाल सिविल एयरपोर्ट तक सड़क के दोनों ओर रोड़ लाइट लगाने, नेशनल हाइवे से नाल एयरपोर्ट मोड़ पर सर्किल बनाने और नाल सिविल एयरपोर्ट से नेशनल हाइवे तक की सड़क का निर्माण व रखरखाव कार्य एनएचएआई को देने, म्यूजियम सर्किल से श्रीगंगानगर रोड़ पर जयपुर बाईपास रोड़ का निर्माण कार्य अतिशीघ्र शुरू करने, जैसलमेर रोड़ पर सर्विस लाइन से अतिक्रमण हटाने, पूगल फांटे से ओवरब्रिज तक अतिक्रमण हटानेे का निर्णय लिया गया।

बैठक में जिला कलेक्टर ने डीटीओ को ओवरलोडिंग गाड़ियों के चालान काटने, जैसलमेर रोड़ पर ट्रैफिक लाइट शुरू करने से पहले पीडब्ल्यूडी को सड़क सुधार करने, श्रीगंगानगर चौराहे और पंडित धर्म कांटे के आसपास अतिक्रमण हटाने, शहर में नो पार्किंग के बोर्ड लगाने, शहर के बाहर मुख्य मार्गों पर वाहन स्पीड के बोर्ड लगाने और लाइनिंग करने का निर्णय लिया गया।

बैठक में एसपी कावेन्द्र सागर, बीडीए आयुक्त डॉ. अपर्णा गुप्ता, नगर निगम आयुक्त मयंक मनीष, प्रशिक्षु आईएएस सुश्री स्वाति शर्मा, एनएचएआई पीडी बीकानेर पी. आर. यदुवंशी, आरएसआरडीसी पीडी शिल्पा कच्छावा, डीटीओ भारती नथानी, एडिशनल एसपी सौरभ तिवाड़ी, बीडीए एसई ललित कुमार ओझा, पीडब्ल्यूडी एसई ओ.पी.मंदर, एनएचएआई एसई अनुज रावत, एनएचएआई आरई के.राजू, पीडब्ल्यूडी सहायक अभियंता रोहिताश्व सिंह, यातायात पुलिस निरीक्षक नरेश निर्वाण, आरयूआईडीपी सहायक अभियंता मनीष बिश्नोई, माध्यमिक शिक्षा से संस्थापन अधिकारी राजेश व्यास, प्रारंभिक से एएओ कमल किशोर शर्मा, समेत अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Six checkpoints will be installed on the main roads around the city to stop the entry of big vehicles in the city. Where police force will be deployed round the clock. These checkpoints will start in the next 15 days. These checkposts will be installed near Gandhi Pyaau on Jaisalmer Road, near Kalpataru on Sriganganagar Road, at Bheenashahar on Nokha Road, near Haldiram Pyaau on Jaipur Road, at Gharsisar on Jaipur-Jodhpur Bypass and at Bichhwal on Jaipur Bypass. Also, there will be no entry for big vehicles in the city from 7 am to 11 pm. Only vehicles carrying essential goods and for loading and unloading will be able to enter the city.

This decision was taken in the monthly meeting of the Road Safety Committee held on Friday under the chairmanship of District Collector Namrata Vrishni. In the meeting, it was decided to install road lights on both sides of the road from the city to Nal Civil Airport, to make a circle at the Nal Airport turn from the National Highway and to give the construction and maintenance work of the road from Nal Civil Airport to National Highway to NHAI, to start the construction work of Jaipur Bypass Road on Sriganganagar Road from Museum Circle as soon as possible, to remove encroachment from the service line on Jaisalmer Road, to remove encroachment from Pugal Phanta to the overbridge.

In the meeting, the district collector decided to issue challan to overloaded vehicles to DTO, to direct PWD to improve roads before starting traffic lights on Jaisalmer Road, to remove encroachments around Sri Ganganagar crossing and Pandit Dharm Kanta, to install no parking boards in the city, to install vehicle speed boards and lining on main roads outside the city.

SP Kavendra Sagar, BDA Commissioner Dr. Aparna Gupta, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mayank Manish, Trainee IAS Ms. Swati Sharma, NHAI PD Bikaner P.R. were present in the meeting. Yaduvanshi, RSRDC PD Shilpa Kachhwa, DTO Bharti Nathani, Additional SP Saurabh Tiwari, BDA SE Lalit Kumar Ojha, PWD SE O.P. Mandar, NHAI SE Anuj Rawat, NHAI RE K. Raju, PWD Assistant Engineer Rohitashva Singh, Traffic Police Inspector Naresh Nirvana, RUIDP Assistant Engineer Manish Bishnoi, Establishment Officer Rajesh Vyas from Secondary Education, AAO Kamal Kishore Sharma from Primary, along with other officers were present.
