आज बजेगा सायरन और पुर्ण रूप से बीकानेर में ब्लैक आउट, समय नहीं सायरन बजाने पर रखें ध्यान….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय तथा राज्य सरकार के निर्देश अनुसार ‘ऑपरेशन शील्ड’ के तहत आज सायं बीकानेर शहर में 15 मिनट का ब्लैक आउट किया जाएगा। ब्लैक आउट, सायरन बजने के साथ शुरू होगा। इस दौरान आमजन से निम्न सहयोग की अपेक्षा की जाती है:
- सायरन बजने के साथ ही सभी अपने घरों, प्रतिष्ठानों और संस्थानों की लाइटें पूर्णतया बंद कर लें और अतिशीघ्र किसी सुरक्षित स्थान पर पहुंच जाएं। इस दौरान कोई लाइट चालू नहीं रहे, यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
- सड़कों पर वाहन चला रहे वाहन चालकों से अपील की जाती है कि सायरन बजने के साथ ही वे अपने वाहनों को बंद करके सड़क किनारे खड़े हो जाएं। वाहनों की हेड लाइट बंद कर वाहन किसी भी स्थिति में नहीं चलाएं।
- सभी आपातकालीन सेवाओं यथा अस्पताल और रेल सेवाओं आदि को ब्लैक आउट से पृथक रखा जाएगा।
शहरी क्षेत्र में जिला प्रशासन, नगर निगम और बीकानेर विकास प्राधिकरण की ओर से लगभग बीस स्थानों पर सायरन की व्यवस्था की गई है। सभी स्थानों पर एक साथ सायरन बजाए जाएंगे।
ध्यान रखें:
पहला सायरन अलर्ट का होगा और दूसरा ‘ऑल क्लियर’ का, तब तक सभी जिलेवासियों को पूर्ण सहयोग किए जाने की अपील की जाती है।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. As per the instructions of the Union Home Ministry and the State Government, a 15-minute blackout will be done in Bikaner city today evening under ‘Operation Shield’. The blackout will start with the sounding of the siren. During this, the following cooperation is expected from the general public:
- As soon as the siren sounds, everyone should completely switch off the lights of their homes, establishments and institutions and reach a safe place as soon as possible. It should be ensured that no light is on during this time.
- Drivers driving vehicles on the roads are appealed to switch off their vehicles and stand on the side of the road as soon as the siren sounds. Do not drive the vehicle with the headlights off under any circumstances.
- All emergency services such as hospitals and railway services etc. will be kept away from black out.
In the urban area, the district administration, Municipal Corporation and Bikaner Development Authority have arranged for sirens at about twenty places. Sirens will be sounded simultaneously at all places.

The first siren will be for alert and the second for ‘all clear’, till then all the residents of the district are requested to extend full cooperation.
