नई दिल्ली, @MaruSangram। उत्तर प्रदेश के नोएडा से एक दिल दहला देने वाला मामला सामने आया है जो ना सिर्फ शादी और रिश्तों की नींव पर सवाल खड़ा करता है, बल्कि समाज में मौजूद लालच और धोखे की भयावह तस्वीर भी पेश करता है। सेक्टर-76 में रहने वाली नवविवाहिता ने अपने पति और उसके पूरे परिवार के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी, दहेज उत्पीड़न और हत्या के प्रयास करने का आरोप लगाया गया।
पिता ने बेची पुश्तैनी जमीन, बेटी को मिला छल और जुल्म:
आपको बता दें कि पीड़िता ने पुलिस को दिए गए बयान में बताया कि उसके पिता ने उसकी शादी के लिए अपनी जमीन तक बेच दी। शादी के लिए करीब दो करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए गए, जिसमें 41 लाख रुपये नकद, 70 तोला सोना, कीमती सामान, कपड़े, फर्नीचर, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और अन्य उपहार शामिल थे। शादी इसी साल 18 फरवरी 2025 को पर्थला खंजरपुर गांव निवासी कमल यादव से हुई थी।
पहले से शादीशुदा निकला दूल्हा:
गौरतलब है कि विवाह के बाद जब दुल्हन अपने ससुराल पहुंची, तो गांव के किसी व्यक्ति ने उसे चोरी से ये सच बताया कि “तुम्हारा पति तो पहले से शादीशुदा है!” शुरुआत में उसे विश्वास नहीं हुआ, लेकिन जब उसने खुद पड़ताल की तो यह जानकारी पूरी तरह सच निकली।
सच जानने के बाद हुई मारपीट और हत्या की कोशिश:
विदित है कि जब महिला ने पति और ससुराल वालों से इस धोखे पर सवाल किए, तो बात और बिगड़ गई।
आरोप है कि दहेज में एक फॉर्च्यूनर गाड़ी और फ्लैट की मांग की गई और जब महिला ने इंकार किया, तो उसे मारपीट कर मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया गया।
इतना ही नहीं, चार मई को महिला को फंदे से लटका कर मार डालने की कोशिश की गई। किसी तरह उसने खुद को बचाया और अपने परिवार को फोन किया।
मायके वाले पहुंचे, आरोपी फरार:
आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि पीड़िता की सूचना पर उसके माता-पिता जब ससुराल पहुंचे, तो आरोपी घर छोड़कर भाग खड़े हुए। इसके बाद महिला ने सेक्टर-113 थाना में शिकायत दर्ज कराई।
इन 9 लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज:
- पति – कमल यादव
- ससुर – संजय यादव
- सास – महेंद्री यादव
- देवर – कुलदीप यादव
- देवर – कपिल यादव
- चाचा – लोकेश यादव
- रिश्तेदार – पिंटू
- रिश्तेदार – टीटू
- 9. दादा – प्रह्लाद यादव
इन सभी के खिलाफ धारा 498A (दहेज उत्पीड़न), 420 (धोखाधड़ी), 307 (हत्या की कोशिश), और 506 (धमकी देना) के तहत केस दर्ज किया गया है।
धमकियों का सिलसिला जारी:
पीड़िता ने आरोप लगाया कि अब भी कुछ आरोपी उसे झूठे केस में फंसाने की धमकियां दे रहे हैं। उसने मारपीट की मेडिकल रिपोर्ट, शादी के खर्च के दस्तावेज और अन्य सबूत पुलिस को सौंपे हैं।
पुलिस क्या कर रही है:
गौरतलब है कि सेक्टर-113 थाना पुलिस का कहना है कि कुछ आरोपियों को हिरासत में ले लिया गया है, और बाकी की तलाश जारी है। जल्द ही सभी से पूछताछ कर चार्जशीट दाखिल की जाएगी।

Father sold ancestral land, daughter got deceit and oppression:
Let us tell you that in the statement given to the police, the victim told that her father even sold his land for her marriage. About two crore rupees were spent for the wedding, which included Rs 41 lakh in cash, 70 tola gold, precious items, clothes, furniture, electronics and other gifts. The marriage took place on 18 February 2025 this year with Kamal Yadav, a resident of Parthala Khanjarpur village.
The groom turned out to be already married:
It is worth noting that when the bride reached her in-laws’ house after marriage, someone from the village secretly told her the truth that “Your husband is already married!” Initially she did not believe it, but when she investigated herself, this information turned out to be completely true.
After knowing the truth, there was assault and attempt to murder:
It is known that when the woman questioned her husband and in-laws about this deception, the matter got worse.
It is alleged that a Fortuner car and a flat were demanded in dowry and when the woman refused, she was beaten up and tortured mentally and physically.
Not only this, on May 4, an attempt was made to kill the woman by hanging her with a noose. Somehow she saved herself and called her family.
Parents reached, accused absconded:
For your information, let us tell you that when the victim’s parents reached her in-laws’ house on the information, the accused left the house and fled. After this, the woman lodged a complaint in Sector-113 police station.

A case has been registered against all of them under sections 498A (dowry harassment), 420 (fraud), 307 (attempt to murder), and 506 (threatening).
The series of threats continues:
The victim alleged that some of the accused are still threatening to implicate her in a false case. She has submitted the medical report of the assault, documents of the marriage expenses and other evidence to the police.
What is the police doing:
It is worth noting that the Sector-113 police station says that some of the accused have been taken into custody, and the search for the rest is on. Soon everyone will be questioned and a charge sheet will be filed.
