बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बड़ी-बड़ी बुकिंग, महंगे होटल और रिसॉर्ट्स में नाम… लेकिन इसके बाववजूद आमजन के स्वास्थ्य के साथ खिलवाड़। ये है गुसाईंसर स्थित धरती धोरा री रिसॉर्ट्स। जहां हाल ही में एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान एक्सपायरी सामग्री का इस्तेमाल किया गया। जिससे शादी में पहुंचे कई मेहमान बीमार हो गए। कहने को तो ये हाईक्लास शादियों के लिए जाना जाता है। लेकिन धरती धोरा री रिसॉर्ट्स में इस तरह की लापरवाही सामने आई है।

जानकरों की माने तो यहां एक शादी में लाखों रुपए की बुकिंग होती है। इसके बावजूद आमजन के स्वास्थ्य से खिलवाड़ किया गया है।

दरअसल, शादी समारोह में परोसे गए खाने से कई लोग बीमार हो गए।

आरोप है कि खाने में एक्सपायरी सामग्री का इस्तेमाल किया गया। दो लोगों की हालत गंभीर होने पर उन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। पीड़ित परिवार ने इस मामले में रसद विभाग के खाद्य निरीक्षक को शिकायत सौंपी है और दोषियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

लिखित में दी शिकायत
बीकानेर निवासी संदीप चांडक की ओर खाद्य निरीक्षक कार्यालय, सीएमएचओ बीकानेर को एक लिखित शिकायत सौंपी गई है, जिसमें बताया गया है कि उन्होंने 5 मई की शाम को रिसोर्ट में अपनी शादी का आयोजन किया था। समारोह के बाद जब कुछ मेहमानों की तबीयत बिगड़ने लगी तो स्थिति की जांच की गई। जांच में सामने आया कि भोजन निर्माण में जिन खाद्य सामग्री का उपयोग किया गया था, वे सभी एक्सपायरी थीं। इस लापरवाही के चलते कई रिश्तेदारों को उल्टी-दस्त, पेट दर्द और कमजोरी की शिकायत हुई। इनमें से दो लोगों की हालत बिगड़ने पर उन्हें तुरंत निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां उनका उपचार जारी है। शिकायतकर्ता संदीप चांडक ने पत्र में लिखा कि खाद्य मिलावट और एक्सपायरी सामान के उपयोग से आमजन की सेहत के साथ खिलवाड़ हुआ है।

उन्होंने मांग की है कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग इस मामले में सख्त जांच करे और जिम्मेदार व्यक्तियों एवं संस्थान के खिलाफ कठोर कार्रवाई की जाए, ताकि भविष्य में इस तरह की घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति न हो।

समय-समय पर चेकिंग आवश्यक

स्वास्थ्य विभाग को होटल, रेस्टोरेंट और कैटरिंग सर्विस देने वाले प्रतिष्ठानों पर विशेष निगरानी रखनी चाहिए ताकि आमजन के स्वास्थ्य के साथ कोई समझौता न हो। खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम 2006 के तहत किसी भी प्रकार की मिलावटी, दूषित या एक्सपायरी खाद्य सामग्री का उपयोग करना अपराध की श्रेणी में आता है। दोषी पाए जाने पर भारी जुर्माना और जेल की सजा का प्रावधान है।

It is alleged that expired material was used in the food. Two people have been admitted to the hospital after their condition became critical. The victim’s family has submitted a complaint in this matter to the Food Inspector of the Logistics Department and has demanded strict action against the culprits.

Written complaint

A written complaint has been submitted to the Food Inspector Office, CMHO Bikaner on behalf of Bikaner resident Sandeep Chandak, stating that he had organized his wedding at the resort on the evening of May 5. After the ceremony, when the health of some guests started deteriorating, the situation was investigated. The investigation revealed that all the food items used in the preparation of the food were expired. Due to this negligence, many relatives complained of vomiting, diarrhea, stomach ache and weakness. When the condition of two of these people deteriorated, they were immediately admitted to a private hospital, where their treatment is going on. Complainant Sandeep Chandak wrote in the letter that the health of the common people has been played with due to food adulteration and use of expired items.

He has demanded that the health department should conduct a strict investigation in this matter and strict action should be taken against the responsible persons and the institution, so that such incidents do not recur in future.

Checking is necessary from time to time

The health department should keep a special watch on hotels, restaurants and establishments providing catering services so that there is no compromise with the health of the general public. Under the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006, using any kind of adulterated, contaminated or expired food material comes under the category of crime. There is a provision of heavy fine and jail sentence if found guilty.
