बीकानेर, @Marusangram। जिला कलक्टर श्रीमती नम्रता वृष्णि के निर्देशानुसार रसद विभाग द्वारा जिले में घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर्स के अवैध दुरूपयोग के खिलाफ नियमित ठोस और प्रभावी कार्यवाही की जा रही है।

इसी श्रृंखला में जिला रसद अधिकारी वीरेन्द्र सिंह चौधरी के नेतृत्व में बुधवार को प्रवर्तन अधिकारी पवन सुथार तथा प्रवर्तन निरीक्षक जय सिंह ने तीन स्थानों पर घरेलू गैस सिलेंडरों का दुरूपयोग करते पाए जाने पर आरोपियों के विरूद्ध वैधानिक कार्रवाई की।

नया शहर थाना रोड पर हरिजन मोहल्ला चौराहा पर रामदेव ट्रेडर दुकान पर विष्णु बिश्नोई पुत्र नरसी बिश्नोई को वाहनों में गैस भरते रंगे हाथों पकड़ा और उससे 5 सिलेंडर, एक-एक रिफिलिंग मोटर और कांटा जब्त किए गए।
करमीसर ग्राम मुख्य चौराहे पर छोटूराम पुत्र मोडाराम को घर के अंदर बनी दुकान में घरेलू गैस सिलेंडरों का दुरूपयोग करते पकड़ा गया और उससे 1 सिलेंडर, एक-एक रिफिलिंग मोटर और कांटा जब्त किए गए।

एक अन्य कार्रवाई में नागणेची जी मंदिर के पीछे अजय सिंह पुत्र सतवीर सिंह निवासी ददरेगा, तह. तारानगर हाल निवासी वल्लभ गार्डन, बीकानेर से 02 सिलेंडर, एक-एक रिफिलिंग मोटर और कांटा जब्त किए गए।
समस्त प्रकरणों में जब्त सामग्री को निकटतम गैस ऐजेंसी को सुपुर्द कर सुरक्षित रखा गया है।

समस्त प्रकरण घरेलू गैस सिलेंडरों का दूरूपयोग एलपीजी (आपूर्ति एवं वितरण का विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2000 की धारा 3, 4, 5 एवं 7 का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन है। इसके मद्देनजर इन प्रकरणों में सक्षम न्यायालय में मुकद्दमा दर्ज करवाया जाकर विधिक कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

जिला रसद अधिकारी ने बताया कि घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर्स के दुरूपयोग के विरूद्ध इस प्रकार की कार्यवाहियां भविष्य में भी लगातार जारी रहेंगी।

Bikaner, @Marusangram. As per the instructions of District Collector Mrs. Namrata Vrishni, the Logistics Department is taking regular, concrete and effective action against illegal misuse of domestic gas cylinders in the district.

In the same series, on Wednesday, under the leadership of District Logistics Officer Virendra Singh Chaudhary, Enforcement Officer Pawan Suthar and Enforcement Inspector Jai Singh took legal action against the accused found misusing domestic gas cylinders at three places.

Vishnu Bishnoi, son of Narsi Bishnoi, was caught red-handed while filling gas in vehicles at Ramdev Trader shop at Harijan Mohalla intersection on Naya Shahar Thana Road and 5 cylinders, one refilling motor and fork were seized from him. Chhotu Ram son of Modaram was caught misusing domestic gas cylinders in a shop built inside the house at Karmisar village main square and 1 cylinder, one refilling motor and fork were seized from him.

In another action, 02 cylinders, one refilling motor and fork were seized from Ajay Singh son of Satvir Singh resident of Dadrega, Tehsil Taranagar, currently resident of Vallabh Garden, Bikaner behind Nagnechi Ji temple.

In all the cases, the seized material has been handed over to the nearest gas agency and kept safe.

Misuse of domestic gas cylinders in all the cases is a clear violation of Section 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the LPG (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Act, 2000. In view of this, legal action will be taken by registering a case in the competent court in these cases.

The District Logistics Officer said that such actions against the misuse of domestic gas cylinders will continue in the future as well.
