समर्थन मूल्य खरीद और अन्य विभागीय गतिविधियों की हुई समीक्षा……
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। सहकारिता विभाग की प्रमुख शासन सचिव तथा रजिस्ट्रार (सहकारी समितियां) मंजू राजपाल ने बुधवार को सहकार भवन में संभाग में समर्थन मूल्य खरीद और विभागीय कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक ली।
श्रीमती राजपाल ने समर्थन मूल्य खरीद के संबंध में आमंत्रित निविदाओं की स्थिति, गत वर्ष खरीद के दौरान आई व्यावहारिक समस्याओं, खरीद के लक्ष्यों सहित बारदाना की स्थिति, भंडारण आदि के संबंध में फीडबैक लिया। उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों को नियमानुसार सभी व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने तथा नियमित मॉनिटरिंग के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी स्थिति में अव्यवस्था और अनियमितता बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। ऐसा करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी।
उन्होंने सहकारी अधिनियम की धारा 55 और 57 के लंबित प्रकरणों में जांच करने और इन्हें अविलंब निस्तारित करने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने ग्राम पंचायतों में ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समितियां के गठन और पंजीयन के लक्ष्यों को निर्धारित समय में प्राप्त करने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में नई दुग्ध समितियों के पंजीयन, इफको और कृभको के माध्यम से उर्वरक खरीद, ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समितियां में गोदाम निर्माण, केंद्रीय सहकारी बैंकों के कार्य संचालन और बैंक व्यवसाय को बढ़ावा देने के साथ ऑडिट के संबंध में दिशा निर्देश दिए।
बैठक में सहकारी विभाग के खण्डीय अतिरिक्त रजिस्ट्रार राजेश टाक, क्षेत्रीय अंकेक्षण अधिकारी रणवीर सिंह, गंगानगर केन्द्रीय सहकारी बैंक के प्रबंध निदेशक संजय गर्ग सहित संभाग के सभी केन्द्रीय बैंकों के प्रबंध निदेशक, उप रजिस्ट्रार, विशेष लेखा परीक्षक और क्रय-विक्रय सहकारी समितियों के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Cooperative Department’s Principal Secretary and Registrar (Cooperative Societies) Manju Rajpal held a review meeting of support price purchase and departmental works in the division at Sahakar Bhawan on Wednesday.
Mrs. Rajpal took feedback regarding the status of tenders invited in relation to support price purchase, practical problems faced during purchase last year, status of gunny bags including purchase targets, storage etc. She directed all the officers to ensure all arrangements as per rules and regular monitoring.
She said that disorder and irregularities will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Strict action will be taken against those doing so.
She directed to investigate the pending cases under Section 55 and 57 of the Cooperative Act and dispose them off without delay.
He directed to achieve the targets of formation and registration of village service cooperative societies in village panchayats within the stipulated time. In the meeting, guidelines were given regarding registration of new milk societies, fertilizer purchase through IFFCO and KRIBHCO, construction of warehouses in village service cooperative societies, functioning of central cooperative banks and audit along with promotion of bank business.
Divisional Additional Registrar of Cooperative Department Rajesh Tak, Regional Audit Officer Ranveer Singh, Managing Director of Ganganagar Central Cooperative Bank Sanjay Garg, Managing Directors of all Central Banks of the division, Deputy Registrars, Special Auditors and Chief Executive Officers of Purchase-Sale Cooperative Societies were present in the meeting.
