बीकानेर, @MaruSangramnews। जिले में आगामी नहरबंदी के दौरान पेयजल आपूर्ति सुचारू रखने के लिए जिला कलेक्टर नम्रता वृष्णि की अध्यक्षता में गुरुवार को बैठक आयोजित हुई।
बैठक में जलदाय विभाग के अधीक्षण अभियंता खेमचंद सिंगारिया, इंगानप के अधीक्षण अभियंता विवेक गोयल मौजूद थे।
जिला कलेक्टर ने नहर में उपलब्ध पानी तथा सभी स्त्रोतों को पूर्ण क्षमता से भरने व नहरबंदी के दौरान पेयजल आपूर्ति की कार्ययोजना के संबंध में विस्तृत चर्चा की।
जिला कलक्टर ने सभी अधिकारियों को नहरबंदी/ग्रीष्म ऋतु के दौरान पेयजल व्यवस्था सुचारू रखने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि इंगानप विभाग सुनिश्चित करें कि पूर्ण नहरबंदी से पूर्व जन स्वा अभि विभाग के हैडवर्क्स की सभी डिग्गियां पूर्ण क्षमता से भरे जाएं। इसके अतिरिक्त नहरों में जहां पोंडिंग हो सकती है, वहां जन स्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी विभाग के सांमजस्य से पोंडिंग करवावें जो कि अतिरिक्त भण्डारण के रूप से पूर्ण नहरबंदी के दौरान उपयोग में लिया जा सकेगा।
जन स्वा अभि विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया कि नहरबंदी से पूर्व सभी स्रोतो को पूर्ण क्षमता से भर लेवें। नहरबंदी की अवधि व उपलब्ध भण्डारण के अनुसार पेयजल वितरण नियंत्रित कर दें। समर/कैनाल कन्टिजेन्सी के स्वीकृत कार्यो की निविदा आंमत्रित कर कार्यादेश यथा शीघ्र जारी कर कार्य पूर्ण करवाएं, जिससे नहरबंदी के दौरान इनका लाभ मिल सकें।
उन्होंने बताया कि जल परिवहन के लिए निविदाएं खोल ली गई हैं, उनकी दरें अनुमोदन की कार्यवाही करवाएं। नहरबंदी/ग्रीष्म ऋतु के दौरान ग्रामीण विकास विभाग से सामजस्य स्थापित कर जल बचत हेतु विशेष अभियान चलाएं। इसमें ग्राम जल एवं स्वच्छता समिति को भी सम्मिलित करें।

Bikaner, @MaruSangramnews. A meeting was held on Thursday under the chairmanship of District Collector Namrata Vrishni to maintain smooth drinking water supply during the upcoming canal closure in the district.
Superintending Engineer of Water Supply Department Khemchand Singaria, Superintending Engineer of Inganp Vivek Goyal were present in the meeting.
The District Collector discussed in detail about the water available in the canal and filling all the sources to full capacity and the action plan for drinking water supply during the canal closure.
The District Collector directed all the officers to maintain smooth drinking water arrangements during the canal closure/summer season.
He said that the Inganp department should ensure that all the reservoirs of the headworks of the Public Health Department are filled to full capacity before the complete canal closure. Apart from this, wherever ponding is possible in canals, get it done in coordination with the Public Health Engineering Department, which can be used as additional storage during complete canal closure.
The officials of the Public Health Engineering Department were instructed to fill all the sources to their full capacity before canal closure. Control the distribution of drinking water according to the duration of canal closure and available storage. Invite tenders for the approved works of summer/canal contingency and issue work orders as soon as possible and get the work completed, so that the benefits can be availed during canal closure.
He informed that tenders have been opened for water transport, get the process of approval of their rates done. During canal closure/summer season, in coordination with the Rural Development Department, run special campaigns for water conservation. Include the village water and sanitation committee in this as well.
