बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान बाजरा पैदा करने में नंबर वन राज्य है। लेकिन राजस्थान के किसान सबसे अधिक बाजरा उपजाए जाने के बावजूद सरकार को एमएसपी की दर पर नहीं बेच पा रहे हैं, जबकि पड़ोसी राज्य हरियाणा में बाजरा की सरकारी खरीद जारी है।
बीकानेर जिला देहात काँग्रेस कमेटी, अध्यक्ष बिशनाराम सियाग नें राज्य सरकार से बाजरा की एमएसपी दर से खरीद सुनिश्चित करने की माँग की है।
भाजपा ने सरकार बनने से पहले अपने “संकल्प पत्र“ में एमएसपी से बाजरे की ख़रीद करने का दावा और वादा किया और अब सरकार बनने के बाद अपने दावे और वादे से मुकरना सरकार की किसानो के प्रति वादा खिलाफ़ी है।
विधानसभा चुनावों में भाजपा पार्टी के संकल्प पत्र में किये वादे पर खरा उतरकर किसानो के साथ न्याय करे।
केंद्र सरकार ने इस बार बाजरे का एमएसपी 2625 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल घोषित किया है,लेकिन केंद्र से इसका बजट नहीं मिलने से राजस्थान में बाजरे की खरीद पर संशय गहरा गया है।तब डबल इंजन की सरकार का क्या फायदा हुआ?
सियाग नें कहा कि इसके पीछे वजह यह बताई जा रही है कि राजस्थान सरकार को केंद्र से बाजरा खरीद का बजट नहीं मिला है। एक ओर प्रधानमंत्री दैनिक जीवन में मोटे अनाज के उपयोग हेतु प्रोत्साहन देने की बात करते हैं परन्तु राजस्थान में इसकी सरकारी खरीद के लिए सहयोग नहीं कर रहे हैं।
इससे उन किसानों में मायूसी का आलम है जो बाजरे की सरकारी खरीद की उम्मीद में इसकी खेती करते हैं।
राजस्थान सरकार ने केंद्र को चिट्ठी लिखकर एमएसपी देने के लिए बजट की मांग की थी लेकिन केंद्र सरकार ने राज्य सरकार को एमएसपी का बजट देने से इनकार कर दिया।
बताया जा रहा है कि केंद्र सरकार ने अपने जवाब में कहा कि राजस्थान सरकार अपने बजट से एमएसपी पर बाजरे की खरीद कर सकती है।
एक दैनिक अखबार की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक केंद्र से इनकार के बाद राज्य सरकार के लिए एमएसपी पर बाजरा खरीद करना मुश्किल काम हो गया है। सरकार के इनकार एवँ असमंजस की स्थिति से किसानों में गहरी मायूसी देखी जा रही है।
अगर राज्य सरकार एमएसपी पर बाजरे की खरीद करती है तो उसके लिए 1400 करोड रुपए का बजट चाहिए। ऐसे में जब बाजरे की सरकारी खरीद नहीं होगी तो राजस्थान में मिड डे मील और राशन में बाजरा देने का काम भी रुक सकता है।

Bikaner District Rural Congress Committee, President Bishna Ram Siyag has demanded from the state government to ensure the purchase of millet at MSP rate.
Before forming the government, BJP claimed and promised to purchase millet at MSP in its “Sankalp Patra” and now reneging on its claim and promise after forming the government is a breach of promise by the government towards the farmers.
In the assembly elections, BJP should do justice to the farmers by fulfilling the promise made in the party’s manifesto.
This time the central government has declared the MSP of millet to be Rs 2625 per quintal, but due to not getting the budget for it from the center, doubts have deepened over the purchase of millet in Rajasthan. Then what benefit did the double engine government get?
Siyag said that the reason behind this is being told that the Rajasthan government has not received the budget for the purchase of millet from the center.
