बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। निदेशक, माध्यमिक शिक्षा, राजस्थान, बीकानेर ने अपने पत्रांक 18074 दिनांक 12.01.2024 द्वारा अत्यधिक शीतलहर के कारण जिले से संबंधित परिस्थितियों के मद्देनजर राजकीय एवं गैर राजकीय विद्यालयों में समय परिवर्तन / विद्यार्थियों हेतु अवकाश घोषित करने हेतु समस्त जिला कलक्टर को अधिकृत किया गया है। शीतकालीन अवकाश के बाद शीत लहर को देखते हुए जिला कलेक्टर बीकानेर ने नर्सरी से आठवीं कक्षा तक के बच्चों का अवकाश बढ़ाया था। जो 11 जनवरी तक था। 13 जनवरी से सभी स्कूल फिर से खुलेंगे लेकिन समय प्रातः 10.00 बजे से शाम 03.00 बजे तक रहेगा।
नम्रता वृष्णि, जिला कलक्टर बीकानेर, आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005 के अध्याय 4 की धारा 30 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बीकानेर जिले में शीतलहर की स्थिति को देखते हुए स्कूली बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य के परिप्रेक्ष्य में बीकानेर जिले के कक्षा 12 तक के समस्त राजकीय एवं गैर राजकीय (निजी) विद्यालियों सीबीएसई विद्यालयों/ आंगनबाडियों / मदरसों का शैक्षणिक समय आगामी आदेशों तक प्रातः 10.00 बजे से शाम 03.00 बजे तक करने हेतु आदेश दिया है।
जिले के समस्त संस्था प्रधानों को निर्देशित किया जाता है कि इन आदेशों की अक्षरशः पालना सुनिश्चित करें। यदि कोई संस्था प्रधान द्वारा उक्त आदेशों की अवहेलना की जाती है, तो उसके विरूद्ध आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 2005 के प्रावधानों के तहत कार्यवाही अमल में लायी जायेगी।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Director, Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner, by its letter no. 18074 dated 12.01.2024, has authorized all the District Collectors to change the timings in government and non-government schools / declare holiday for students in view of the circumstances related to the district due to extreme cold wave. In view of the cold wave after the winter vacation, the District Collector Bikaner had extended the holiday of children from nursery to class VIII. Which was till 11 January. All schools will reopen from January 13 but the time will be from 10.00 am to 03.00 pm.
Namrata Vrishni, District Collector Bikaner, using powers conferred in Section 30 of Chapter 4 of Disaster Management Act 2005, in view of the cold wave situation in Bikaner district and in the context of the health of school children, has ordered to make the academic timing of all government and non-government (private) schools, CBSE schools / Anganwadis / Madrasas up to class 12 in Bikaner district from 10.00 am to 03.00 pm till further orders.
All the heads of institutions of the district are directed to ensure strict compliance of these orders. If any institution head disobeys the said orders, action will be taken against him under the provisions of Disaster Management Act, 2005.
