BSF जवान ने सर्विस राइफल से खुद को मारी गोली, सिर को चीरते हुए निकल गई….
जैसलमेर, @MaruSangram। जैसलमेर में बीएसएफ जवान की आत्महत्या से हड़कंप मच गया। होशियारपुर (पंजाब) निवासी मृतक कृष्ण कुमार (44) शाहगढ़ एरिया में भानु सीमा चौकी पर पोस्टेड थे। वे भारत-पाक अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमा पर शाहगढ़ बल्ज क्षेत्र में 173 बटालियन में तैनात थे।
मौके पर ही हुई मौत
जवान ने ड्यूटी के दौरान अपनी सर्विस राइफल से ठोड़ी पर गोली मार ली, जो कि उनके सिर को पार करते हुए निकल गई। इससे उनकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई।
गोली की आवाज सुनकर पोस्ट में हड़कंप मच गया। इसके बाद बीएसएफ के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को इसकी सूचना दी गई। स्थानीय पुलिस भी तुरंत मौके पर पहुंची, लेकिन कृष्ण कुमार तब तक दम तोड़ चुके थे।
अब परिजनों का इंतजार:
फिलहाल आत्महत्या के कारणों का खुलासा नहीं हो पाया है। बीएसएफ के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मामले की जांच कर रहे हैं। मृतक के परिवार को घटना की सूचना दे दी गई है। उनके आने के बाद ही शव का पोस्टमॉर्टम किया जाएगा।
फिलहाल शव को रामगढ़ हॉस्पिटल में रखवाया गया है। गौरतलब है कि इससे पहले भारत-पाक बॉर्डर के बाखासर क्षेत्र की भाडा पोस्ट पर तैनात बीएसएफ के जवान ने ड्यूटी के दौरान सर्विस राइफल से खुद को गोली मारकर आत्महत्या कर ली थी।
बाखासर थाना पुलिस ने बताया था कि जम्मू कश्मीर निवासी कांस्टेबल बनारसी लाल (50) पुत्र फकीरचंद शर्मा बीएसएफ की 83 बटालियन में पदस्थापित था, जो भारत-पाक बॉर्डर की बाखासर क्षेत्र की भाडा पोस्ट के वॉच टॉवर पर ड्यूटी कर रहा था। जवान ने सर्विस राइफल से खुद को गोली मार ली थी।

Died on the spot
The jawan shot himself on the chin with his service rifle during duty, which passed through his head. He died on the spot.
Hearing the sound of the bullet created a stir in the post. After this, senior BSF officers were informed about it. Local police also reached the spot immediately, but Krishna Kumar had died by then.
Now waiting for the family:
At present, the reason for suicide has not been revealed. Senior BSF officers are investigating the matter. The family of the deceased has been informed about the incident. The postmortem of the body will be done only after their arrival.
For now, the body has been kept in Ramgarh Hospital. It is worth mentioning that earlier, a BSF Jawan posted at Bhada Post in Bakhasar area of Indo-Pak Border had committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle during duty.
Bakhasar police station had told that Constable Banarasi Lal (50) son of Fakir Chand Sharma, a resident of Jammu and Kashmir, was posted in 83 battalion of BSF, who was on duty at the watch tower of Bhada Post in Bakhasar area of Indo-Pak Border. The Jawan had shot himself with his service rifle.
