जयपुर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान में हो रहे हैं सरपंचों का कार्यकाल खत्म को लेकर विधि अधिवक्ताओं से विधिक राय ली गई विधिक राय में जनवरी 2026 सरपंचों का कार्यकाल बढ़ाया जाना लगभग तय माना जा रहा है राजस्थान सरकार ने वन स्टेट वन इलेक्शन को लेकर गंभीर है।
22 दिसंबर को होने वाली कैबिनेट मीटिंग में सरपंचों के कार्यकाल बढ़ाए जाने पर फैसला किया जा सकता है।
राजस्थान सरकार मध्य प्रदेश और झारखंड के बढाए गए सरपंचों के कार्यकाल का गहन अध्ययन किया जा रहा है सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार अंतिम रूप से विधिक राय मान्य होगी।

A decision can be taken on extending the tenure of Sarpanches in the cabinet meeting to be held on December 22.
The Rajasthan government is studying in depth the tenure of Sarpanches extended in Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand. According to information received from sources, the legal opinion will be finally valid.
