बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बीकानेर रेल मंडल पर शुक्रवार को 62 वां नागरिक सुरक्षा दिवस मनाया गया। अल सुबह मंडल रेल प्रबंधक कार्यालय के सामने स्थित रेलवे स्काकउट हट में नागरिक सुरक्षा दिवस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।

इस कार्यक्रम नागरिक सुरक्षा के नीले झंडे का झंडारोहण करके विधिवत शुरुआत रूपेश कुमार, अपर मंडल रेल प्रबंधक इंफ्रा महोदय द्वारा की गई। जिसे सभी उपस्थित ने सलामी दी।

तत्पश्चत् गृह मंत्री भारत सरकार द्वारा प्रेषित नागरिक सुरक्षा दिवस के संदेश का वाचन किया गया। जिसमें बताया गया कि देश में जब भी नागरिक सुरक्षा और आपदाओं में राहत की बात आती है, नागरिक सुरक्षा एवं गृह रक्षक संगठन के योदान को हमेशा सराहा जाता है।

इस संगठन के स्वनयसेवक अपनी जान की परवाह किए बिना, कठिन, विषम, विपरीत परिस्थितियों में प्राकृतिक और मानकजनित आपदाओं के दौरान लोगों की जान-माल की रक्षा हेतु प्रतिबद्ध रहते हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में हमारी सरकार, वर्तमान नीतियों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, इन संगठनों के सुदृढ़ीकरण के लिए अनेक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठा रही है। स्वंयसेवकों के अत्याधुनिकीकरण के साथ- साथ उनके जीवन स्तर को बेहतर बनाने के लिए हमारी सरकार पूरी तरह सर्मपित है।

इस नागरिक सुरक्षा दिवस के उपलक्ष्य से पूर्व नागरिक सुरक्षा के कुछ कैंप आयोजन की बात रखी ताकि कर्मचारियों में जागरूकता बढे और कार्यक्रम और अच्छे से आयोजित किया जा सकें। जिस पर वरि. मंडल संरक्षा अधिकारी महोदय ने अपनी सहमति जताई।

इस अवसर पर अपर मंडल रेल प्रबन्धक रुपेश कुमार, वरि. मंडल संरक्षा अधिकारी रणसिंह गोदारा, सतीश मीणा मंडल सिगनल एवं दूरसंचार इंजीनियर, अर्जुन कुमार डीईई/टीआरडी, एईएन, एच.पी. दानदोया, सहायक मंडल संरक्षा अधिकारी एवं संरक्षा, इंजीनियरिंग सिगनल एवं दूरसंचार, कैएवंवै, बिजली विभाग के कर्मचारियों में क्रमशः संजय कुमार हर्ष, शाहिद अली, नवीन कुमार, शहजाद, अशोक कुमार व्यांस, नरेन्द्रस कुमार, धीरेन्द्र सिंह, शैलेन्द्र सिंह, नारायण कुमार, मनीष सैन, प्रयागचंद, बृजेश सिंह, राजकुमार, मानकेश कुमार, अश्विनी, सोनू कुमार, जाकिर, देवेन्द्र कुमार शर्मा, अखिल, सहित रेलवे के अनेक अधिकारी, कर्मचारी एवं स्वयं सेवक उपस्थित रहे।

Civil Defence Day celebrated on Bikaner Railway Division….

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The 62nd Civil Defence Day was celebrated on Bikaner Railway Division on Friday. Early in the morning, a Civil Defence Day program was organized in the Railway Scout Hut located in front of the Divisional Railway Manager’s Office.

This program was formally started by Rupesh Kumar, Additional Divisional Railway Manager Infra, by hoisting the blue flag of Civil Defence. Which was saluted by all present.

After that, the message of Civil Defence Day sent by the Home Minister of the Government of India was read out. In which it was told that whenever it comes to civil defence and relief in disasters in the country, the contribution of the Civil Defence and Home Guard Organization is always appreciated.

The volunteers of this organization, without caring for their lives, remain committed to protect the lives and property of the people during natural and man-made disasters in difficult, odd, adverse circumstances.

Our government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is taking several important steps for strengthening these organisations, keeping in view the current policies. Our government is fully dedicated to modernising the volunteers as well as improving their standard of living.

Before the occasion of this Civil Defence Day, a matter was raised about organising some civil defence camps so that awareness among the employees can be increased and programmes can be organised in a better manner. On which the Senior Divisional Safety Officer agreed.

On this occasion, Additional Divisional Railway Manager Rupesh Kumar, Senior Divisional Safety Officer Ransingh Godara, Satish Meena Divisional Signal & Telecommunication Engineer, Arjun Kumar DEE/TRD, AEN, H.P. Dandoya, Assistant Divisional Safety Officer and Safety, Engineering Signal & Telecommunication, C&V, Electricity Department employees including Sanjay Kumar Harsh, Shahid Ali, Naveen Kumar, Shahzad, Ashok Kumar Vyans, Narendras Kumar, Dhirendra Singh, Shailendra Singh, Narayan Kumar, Manish Sain, Prayagchand, Brijesh Singh, Rajkumar, Mankesh Kumar, Ashwini, Sonu Kumar, Zakir, Devendra Kumar Sharma, Akhil, along with many other railway officers, employees and volunteers were present.
