24 घंटे में बदला हाफ ईयरली एग्जाम का टाइम टेबल:अब 24 दिसंबर को खत्म हो जाएगी परीक्षा; सर्दी की छुट्टियों पर असमंजस बरकरार
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शिक्षा विभाग से जुड़े राजस्थान सरकारी और प्राइवेट स्कूल में क्लास 9 से 12 के हाफ ईयरली एग्जाम का टाइम टेबल 24 घंटे में ही बदल दिया है। 1 दिन पहले में जारी टाइम टेबल में 17 दिसंबर से एग्जाम शुरू होने थे और 27 दिसंबर तक चलने थे ऐसे में शीतकालीन छुट्टियां रद्द होना तय हो गया था
अब सरकार ने टाइम टेबल में फेरबदल करते हुए 14 दिसंबर से 24 दिसंबर तक ही एग्जाम करने का निर्णय कर लिया है
ऐसे में शीतकालीन अवकाश एक बार फिर 25 दिसंबर से ही शुरू होने की उम्मीद बंध गई है
माध्यमिक शिक्षा निदेशक ने गुरुवार शाम 7 बजे इस संबंध में आदेश पर डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। संशोधित कार्यक्रम के मुताबिक 14 दिसंबर को लिखित परीक्षा शुरू होगी और 24 दिसंबर तक चलेगी। वहीं स्कूलों में प्रैक्टिकल एग्जाम 12 दिसंबर और 13 दिसंबर को होंगे
शीतकालीन अवकाश पर असमंजस बरकरार
एग्जाम की तारीखें बदलने के बाद भी शीतकालीन अवकाश को लेकर असमंजस बरकरार है अगर 24 दिसंबर तक एग्जाम समाप्त किए जा रहे हैं तो 25 दिसंबर से शीतकालीन अवकाश शुरू हो सकते हैं।
हमेशा सरकार 25 दिसंबर से ही शीतकालीन अवकाश शुरू करती है और 1 जनवरी के बाद तक अवकाश रहता है। इसके बाद सर्दी तेज हो जाती है तो इसमें संशोधन करके छुट्टियां बढ़ा दी जाती है। इसी से बचने के लिए शिक्षा मंत्री मदन दिलावर ने सर्दी के बढ़ने पर ही अवकाश करने की बात कही थी
पहले समान परीक्षा जिला स्तर पर होती थी
अब तक समान परीक्षा जिला स्तर पर होती थी, जिसके लिए जिले के किसी एक स्कूल को जिम्मा सौंपा जाता था। पेपर भी जिला स्तर पर तैयार होते थे और प्रकाशित होते थे। लेकिन, अब पूरे राज्य में एक ही पेपर से एग्जाम होगा। ऐसे में पेपर प्रिंटिंग का काम भी एक ही फर्म के माध्यम से किया जाएगा
प्राइवेट स्कूल में नहीं रखेंगे पेपर
माध्यमिक शिक्षा निदेशक आशीष मोदी की ओर से जारी आदेश में कहा गया है कि प्रश्न पत्रों की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए किसी भी प्राइवेट स्कूल में पेपर नहीं रखे जाएंगे। ये पेपर सरकारी स्कूल में रहेंगे, जहां से सभी प्राइवेट स्कूल को निर्धारित समय पर प्राप्त करने होंगे। अगर सरकारी स्कूल में भी सुरक्षा पर संदेह है तो संबंधित पुलिस थाने में पेपर रखे जा सकते हैं
हर विद्यार्थी से 20 रुपए शुल्क
हाफ ईयरली एग्जाम के लिए हर स्टूडेंट से 20 रुपए फीस ली जाएगी। इसके अलावा ईयरली एग्जाम के लिए भी फीस साथ में ली जा सकेगी। संयुक्त निदेशक ये फीस पूर्व में गठित समान परीक्षा संचालन समिति के माध्यम से एकत्र करके पंजीयक शिक्षा विभागीय परीक्षा के खाते में जमा करवाएंगे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The time table of half yearly exam of class 9 to 12 in Rajasthan government and private schools associated with the education department has been changed in 24 hours. In the time table released 1 day ago, the exams were to start from 17 December and were to continue till 27 December, in such a situation it was decided that the winter holidays would be cancelled.
Now the government has decided to conduct the exam from 14 December to 24 December by changing the time table.
In such a situation, there is hope that the winter holidays will start from 25 December once again.
The Director of Secondary Education has digitally signed the order in this regard at 7 pm on Thursday. According to the revised schedule, the written exam will start on December 14 and will continue till December 24. Practical exams in schools will be held on December 12 and December 13.
Confusion over winter vacation persists
Even after changing the exam dates, confusion over winter vacation persists. If the exams are being completed by December 24, then winter vacations can start from December 25.
The government always starts winter vacation from December 25 and the vacation continues after January 1. After this, if the winter intensifies, then the holidays are extended by amending it. To avoid this, Education Minister Madan Dilawar had said that vacations will be given only when the winter increases.
Earlier, the same exam used to be held at the district level
Till now, the same exam used to be held at the district level, for which the responsibility was given to one school of the district. The papers were also prepared and published at the district level. But now the exam will be held with a single paper in the entire state. In such a situation, the work of paper printing will also be done through the same firm
Papers will not be kept in private schools
In the order issued by Secondary Education Director Ashish Modi, it has been said that keeping in mind the security of the question papers, the papers will not be kept in any private school. These papers will be kept in government schools, from where all private schools will have to collect them at the prescribed time. If there is doubt about security even in a government school, then the papers can be kept in the concerned police station
