शिखर धवन ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय और घरेलू क्रिकेट से संन्यास लेने का ऐलान कर दिया है। धवन ने आज शनिवार 24 अगस्त को ही सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर अपने फैंस के साथ ये जानकारी साझा की है कि वह अब खेल के सभी फॉर्मेट से संन्यास ले रहे हैं।
नई दिल्ली, @MaruSangramnews। भारत के स्टार सलामी बल्लेबाज शिखर धवन ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय और घरेलू क्रिकेट से संन्यास लेने का ऐलान कर दिया है। लंबे समय से भारतीय टीम जगह नहीं बना पाने वाले शिखर धवन ने आज शनिवार 24 अगस्त को ही सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर अपने फैंस के साथ ये जानकारी साझा की है कि वह अब खेल के सभी फॉर्मेट से संन्यास ले रहे हैं। आईपीएल में पंजाब किंग्स के कप्तान धवन ने क्रिकेट को अलविदा कहते हुए अपने कोचों, साथियों और समर्थकों का शुक्रिया अदा किया।

शिखर धवन ने एक्स पर पोस्ट किए एक वीडियो में भावुक मन से कहा कि भारत के लिए खेलना उनका सपना सच होने जैसा था और अब उनके लिए आगे बढ़ने का समय आ गया है। उन्होंने अपने परिवार, बचपन के कोचों, बीसीसीआई और डीडीसीए को उनके समर्थन के लिए धन्यवाद दिया। मैं अपने क्रिकेट के सफ़र के इस अध्याय को समाप्त कर रहा हूं, मैं अपने साथ अनगिनत यादें और कृतज्ञता लेकर जा रहा हूं। प्यार और समर्थन के लिए धन्यवाद! जय हिंद!
