खाद्य सुरक्षा दल की करणी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में कार्रवाई
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। खाद्य सुरक्षा दल द्वारा करणी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में कार्रवाई करते हुए फर्म मैसर्स सुविधा पापड़ पर निरीक्षण एवं नमूनीकरण किया गया जिसमें 1,980 किलोग्राम गोल पापड़ को अत्यधिक रंग डालने के कारण सीज किया गया।
मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ राजेश कुमार गुप्ता ने बताया कि मैसर्स सुविधा पापड़ पर मौके पर पेस्ट कंट्रोल रिपोर्ट, पानी की जांच रिपोर्ट तथा फूड हैंडलर्स का मेडिकल नही था।
फर्म के निरीक्षण के दौरान दो तरह के गोल पापड़ तैयार किए जा रहे थे।
एक बिना रंग के तथा दूसरे में जरूरत से अधिक फूड कलर काम में लिया जा रहा था जो कि सेहत के लिए हानिकारक हो सकता है। यहां से रंगीन गोल पापड़ के दो नमूने लिए गए। नमूने लेने के पश्चात् कुल 1,980 किलो ग्राम रंगीन गोल पापड़ को मौके पर ही सीज किया गया।
नमूनों को जांच हेतु जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला भिजवाया जाएगा। जांच रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने के उपरांत नियम अनुसार कार्यवाही की जाएगी। कार्यवाही में भानू प्रताप सिंह तथा श्रवण वर्मा शामिल रहे।

1980 kg of round papad seized due to excess colour
Action by Food Safety Team in Karani Industrial Area
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Food Safety Team took action in Karani Industrial Area and inspected and sampled the firm M/s Suvidha Papad in which 1,980 kg of round papad was seized due to excess colour.
Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr Rajesh Kumar Gupta said that M/s Suvidha Papad did not have pest control report, water test report and medical report of food handlers on the spot.
During inspection of the firm, two types of round papad were being prepared.
One was without colour and in the other, more food colour was being used than required which can be harmful for health. Two samples of coloured round papad were taken from here. After taking samples, a total of 1,980 kg of coloured round papad was seized on the spot.
The samples will be sent to the public health laboratory for testing. Action will be taken as per rules after receiving the test report. Bhanu Pratap Singh and Shravan Verma were involved in the action.
