कर्तव्य में लापरवाही पर बीकानेर सीएमएचओ एवं श्रीडूंगरगढ़ बीसीएमओ एपीओ
बीकानेर/जयपुर, @MaruSangram। चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने कर्तव्य में लापरवाही बरतने पर बीकानेर के मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी तथा ब्लॉक मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी, श्रीडूंगरगढ़ को तत्काल प्रभाव से एपीओ कर दिया है।
शुक्रवार को शासन सचिवालय में आयोजित विभिन्न विभागों की समीक्षा बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने दोनों अधिकारियों को एपीओ किए जाने के निर्देश दिए थे।
चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग की अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती शुभ्रा सिंह ने बताया कि जिला प्रभारी सचिव के दौरे के दौरान बीकानेर के मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. मोहित सिंह तंवर अनुपस्थित थे। इसी प्रकार श्रीडूंगरगढ़ के बीसीएमओ डॉ. जसवंत सिंह द्वारा कर्तव्य में लापरवाही सामने आई थी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने दोनों अधिकारियों को तत्काल प्रभाव से एपीओ करने के निर्देश दिए थे। इसके बाद चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने दोनों अधिकारियों को एपीओ करते हुए उनका मुख्यालय, निदेशालय, चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं, जयपुर किया है।
बीकानेर के मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी का कार्यभार जिला प्रजनन एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी सम्पादित करेंगे।
प्रभारी सचिवों की रिपोर्ट पर नदबई पीएमओ एपीओ व कोटपूतली पीएमओ को हटाया
निदेशक जनस्वास्थ्य डॉ. रवि प्रकाश माथुर ने बताया कि जिला प्रभारी सचिव, कोटपूतली एवं जिला प्रभावी सचिव, भरतपुर की भ्रमण रिपोर्ट के आधार पर कोटपूतली पीएमओ डॉ. सुमन यादव को हटाकर उनके स्थान पर डॉ. चैतन्य रावत को पीएमओ लगाया गया है। साथ ही, नदबई पीएमओ डॉ. मनीष चौधरी को एपीओ किया गया है।

Bikaner CMHO and Sridungargarh BCMO APO for negligence in duty
Bikaner/Jaipur, @MaruSangram. The Medical and Health Department has APOed the Chief Medical and Health Officer of Bikaner and Block Chief Medical Officer, Sridungargarh with immediate effect for negligence in duty.
In the review meeting of various departments held in the Government Secretariat on Friday, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma had given instructions to APO both the officers.
Additional Chief Secretary of Medical and Health Department, Mrs. Shubhra Singh said that during the visit of the District In-charge Secretary, Bikaner Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mohit Singh Tanwar was absent. Similarly, negligence of duty by Sridungargarh BCMO Dr. Jaswant Singh was revealed.
The Chief Minister had given instructions to APO both the officers with immediate effect. After this, the Medical and Health Department has APOed both the officers and made their headquarters, Directorate, Medical and Health Services, Jaipur.
The District Reproductive and Child Health Officer will perform the duties of the Chief Medical and Health Officer of Bikaner.
Nadbai PMO APO and Kotputli PMO removed on the report of the in-charge secretaries
Director Public Health Dr. Ravi Prakash Mathur said that on the basis of the visit report of the District In-charge Secretary, Kotputli and District Effective Secretary, Bharatpur, Kotputli PMO Dr. Suman Yadav has been removed and Dr. Chaitanya Rawat has been appointed as PMO in his place. Also, Nadbai PMO Dr. Manish Chaudhary has been APOed.
