बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग द्वारा संचालित पालनहार योजना में प्रतिवर्ष पालनहारों को अनुदान प्राप्त करने के लिए विभाग के पालनहार पोर्टल पर ई-मित्र के माध्यम से अध्ययन प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड कर सत्यापन करवाया जाता है। इसके बाद ही पालनहार योजना के तहत पालनहारों को मिलने वाली राशि जारी की जाती है।

सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक एलडी पंवार ने बताया कि पालनहार योजना के तहत ऐसे अनाथ अथवा देखरेख और संरक्षण की श्रेणी में आने वाले विधवा, दिव्यांगजन माता या पिता, तलाकशुदा या परित्यक्ता महिला के बालक-बालिकाओं को परिवार के भीतर ही समुचित देखरेख, संरक्षण तथा शिक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सरकार की ओर से आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाती है।

प्रतिमाह बढ़ाई गई तिथि
उन्होंने बताया कि विभाग द्वारा 31 दिसंबर 2023 के बाद प्रतिमाह तिथि बढ़ाने तथा वर्तमान में अंतिम तिथि 31 मई निर्धारित किए जाने के बाद 646 पालनहार परिवार ऐसे हैं, जिन्होंने अपने 909 बच्चों का सत्यापन अब तक नहीं करवाया है।

जिले में कुल 7 हजार 384 पालनहारों के 13 हजार 764 बच्चों में से 6 हजार 741 पालनहार परिवारों में 12 हजार 885 बच्चों का सत्यापन करवाया है।

ऐसे शेष 643 परिवारों के 909 बच्चे ऐसे हैं, जिन्होंने बार-बार तिथि बढ़ाने के बावजूद अब तक वर्ष 2023-24 में पालनहार योजना में सत्यापन नहीं करवाया है। ऐसे सभी बच्चों का वार्षिक सत्यापन हो, इसी उद्देश्य के साथ सभी ब्लॉक क्षेत्र में 28 से 31 मई तक पालनहार वार्षिक सत्यापन शिविर संबंधित सामाजिक सुरक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय में लगाए जाएंगे।

ब्लॉकवार इतने बच्चों का सत्यापन अब तक विशेष
विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक पवार ने बताया कि बीकानेर शहर और ग्रामीण के 432, श्रीडूंगरगढ़ के 91, खाजूवाला के 65, कोलायत के 32, लूणकरणसर के 75, नोखा शहर और ग्रामीण के 120, पांचू के 62, बज्जू खालसा के तीन और पूगल के 29 सहित कुल 909 बच्चों का सत्यापन अब तक शेष है।

In the Palanhar Scheme run by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, every year, in order to get the grant to the Palanhars, the study certificate is uploaded through e-Mitra on the Palanhar portal of the department and verification is done. Only after this, the amount to be given to the Palanhars under the Palanhar Scheme is released.

Joint Director of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department LD Panwar said that under the Palanhar Scheme, financial assistance is provided by the government to the children of such orphans or widows, disabled mothers or fathers, divorced or abandoned women who fall in the category of care and protection, to ensure proper care, protection and education within the family.

Date extended every month
He informed that after the department extended the date every month after 31 December 2023 and currently fixed the last date as 31 May, there are 646 foster families who have not yet got their 909 children verified.

Out of 13 thousand 764 children of a total of 7 thousand 384 foster families in the district, 12 thousand 885 children have been verified in 6 thousand 741 foster families.

There are 909 children of the remaining 643 families who have not yet got their verification done in the foster scheme in the year 2023-24 despite repeated extension of the date. With the objective of annual verification of all such children, foster annual verification camps will be organized in the concerned Social Security Officer’s office from 28 to 31 May in all the block areas.

Joint Director of Special Department Pawar said that verification of total 909 children including 432 from Bikaner city and rural, 91 from Sridungargarh, 65 from Khajuwala, 32 from Kolayat, 75 from Lunkaransar, 120 from Nokha city and rural, 62 from Panchu, 3 from Bajju Khalsa and 29 from Pogal is still pending.
