‘शुद्ध आहार-मिलावट पर वार’ अभियान के तहत कार्यवाही जारी
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। आमजन को शुद्ध एवं पौष्टिक खाद्य पदार्थ उपलब्ध करवाने के उद्देश्य से ‘शुद्ध आहार-मिलावट पर वार’ अभियान के तहत मंगलवार को जिले के खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों द्वारा मैसर्स अग्रवंशी, मैसर्स मगनी राम भीखम चंद, मैसर्स डेयरी रामजी, मैसर्स मारवाड़ पनीर उद्योग और मैसर्स रामा मोदी पर निरीक्षण एवं नमूनीकरण की कार्रवाई की गई।
कार्रवाई के दौरान मैसर्स मगनी राम भीखम चंद की फर्म पर बिना लेबल के 15 किलोग्राम वजनी घी के 20 पीपे रखे थे। इनमें से नमूना लेने के पश्चात शेष लगभग 300 घी को सीज किया गया।
इसके अलावा मावा मिठाई, पनीर, गुलाब जामुन, घी, दूध, दही आदि के कुल 12 नमूने लिए गए। जिन्हें जांच हेतु जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला भिजवाया जाएगा।
जांच रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने के उपरांत नियम अनुसार कार्यवाही की जाएगी। कार्यवाही में खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी भानू प्रताप सिंह, श्रवण कुमार वर्मा, सुरेंद्र कुमार तथा राकेश गोदारा शामिल रहे।

Action continues under ‘Pure food – War on adulteration’ campaign
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. With the aim of providing pure and nutritious food to the general public, under the ‘Pure food – War on adulteration’ campaign, on Tuesday, the food safety officers of the district took action of inspection and sampling at M/s Agravanshi, M/s Magani Ram Bhikham Chand, M/s Dairy Ramji, M/s Marwar Paneer Udyog and M/s Rama Modi.
During the action, 20 barrels of ghee weighing 15 kg without label were kept at the firm of M/s Magani Ram Bhikham Chand. After taking samples from these, the remaining approximately 300 ghee were seized.
Apart from this, a total of 12 samples of Mawa Mithai, Paneer, Gulab Jamun, Ghee, Milk, Curd etc. were taken. Which will be sent to the Public Health Laboratory for testing.
After receiving the investigation report, action will be taken as per rules. Food Safety Officers Bhanu Pratap Singh, Shravan Kumar Verma, Surendra Kumar and Rakesh Godara were involved in the action.
