बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। एसओजी ने फर्जी डिग्री जारी करने के मामले में शिक्षा निदेशालय में पूर्व में कार्यरत दो एलडीसी और एक फर्जी डिग्री प्रिंट करने वाले आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है। पूर्व एसडीसी मनदीप सांगवान पुत्र सत्यवीर सिंह अभी बीकानेर ऑफिस में यूडीसी के पद पर काम कर रहा है।
वहीं, दूसरा पूर्व एलडीसी जगदीश पुत्र मदनगोपाल अब उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय देशनोक (बीकानेर) में यूडीसी है। दोनों के साथ फर्जी डिग्री प्रिंट करने वाले राकेश कुमार को सरदारशहर (चूरू) से गिरफ्तार किया गया है। मामले में पहले से गिरफ्तार दलाल सुभाष पूनिया के जरिए मनदीप ने पत्नी सुमन को जेएस विश्वविद्यालय शिखोहाबाद से फर्जी डिग्री दिलवाई थी। इसके जरिए पीटीआई भर्ती भी दी थी।
पहले जो फर्जी डिग्री मिली उसमें 15 अक्टूबर 2023 अंकित कर दिया गया था। इससे जॉइनिंग में दिक़्क़त होती। इस पर दोनों ने चर्चा कर दूसरी फर्जी डिग्री निकालकर तारीख बदलकर 13 सितंबर 2023 कर दी थी। दरअसल, पीटीआई परीक्षा की विज्ञप्ति अनुसार बीपीएड की डिग्री 25 सितंबर 2023 से पूर्व की होनी चाहिए थी। सुमन अभी वर्तमान में शारीरिक शिक्षक के पद पर तैनात है।
सुभाष पूनिया, मनदीप, जगदीश ने अपने अन्य साथियों के साथ मिलकर अलग-अलग प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में खेल आरक्षण का लाभ लेने के लिए षड्यंत्र करते थे। मनदीप और जगदीश योग्य अभ्यर्थियों को ढूंढ कर पहले सौदा तय करते। उसके बाद सुभाष के माध्यम से ओपीजेएस यूनिवर्सिटी या अन्य विश्वविद्यालय में फर्जी एडमिशन करवाते। प्रोफेशनल खिलाड़ियों को खिलवाकर मेडल दिलवाते लाभांश पाने वाले खिलाड़ियों के एडमिशन के साथ साथ प्रोफेशनल खिलाड़ियों का भी एडमिशन करवाते।
खेल प्रतियोगिता जैसे रस्साकसी, वुड बॉल, टारगेट बॉल इत्यादि खेलों में प्रोफेशनल खिलाड़ियों को विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से खिलाते। लाभांश पाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को रिज़र्व में रखते। कई बार लाभांश पाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की जगह प्रोफेशनल खिलाड़ी को डमी के रूप में भी खिलाकर मेडल दिलवाते। मेडल के अंक फायदा पाने वाले अभ्यर्थी को मिलते।
इस पूरे षड्यंत्र में विश्वविद्यालय एडमिशन और एंट्री भेजने के नाम पर पैसे लेते थे। जो डिग्री की व्यवस्था सुभाष विश्वविद्यालय से नहीं कर पाता तो राकेश उसकी प्रिंटिंग प्रेस में छपवा देता था। राकेश द्वारा और भी कई जाली दस्तावेज प्रिंट किए गए हैं। इनकी जांच की जा रही हैं।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. SOG has arrested two LDCs formerly working in the Directorate of Education and one accused of printing fake degrees in the case of issuing fake degrees.
Former SDC Mandeep Sangwan, son of Satyaveer Singh is currently working as UDC in Bikaner office.
Whereas, the other former LDC Jagdish son Madangopal is now UDC in Higher Secondary School Deshnoke (Bikaner). Rakesh Kumar, who printed fake degrees along with both of them, has been arrested from Sardarshahar (Churu).
Through broker Subhash Poonia, already arrested in the case, Mandeep had got his wife Suman a fake degree from JS University Shikohabad. PTI recruitment was also given through this. In the first fake degree received, 15 October 2023 was mentioned. This would cause difficulty in joining.
After discussing this, both of them took out the second fake degree and changed the date to 13 September 2023. Actually, according to the PTI exam release, the B.P.Ed degree should have been obtained before 25 September 2023. Suman is currently posted as a physical teacher.
Subhash Poonia, Mandeep, Jagdish along with their other associates used to conspire to avail the benefits of sports reservation in various competitive examinations.
Mandeep and Jagdish would first find suitable candidates and finalize the deal. After that, through Subhash, he used to get fake admission in OPJS University or other universities.
Getting medals by playing with professional players
Along with the admission of players who get dividends, they also get admission of professional players.
The university fields professional players in sports competitions like tug of war, wood ball, target ball etc. Candidates receiving dividends would be kept in reserve. Many times, instead of candidates getting dividends, they would get medals by using professional players as dummies.
The candidate who gets the medal gets the points. In this entire conspiracy, universities used to take money in the name of sending admission and entry.
If Rakesh could not arrange for the degree from Subhash University, he would get it printed in the printing press. Many more fake documents have been printed by Rakesh. These are being investigated.
