पंजाब, @MaruSangramnews। आम आदमी पार्टी की 2 रैलियों की परमिशन में अभद्र भाषा के इस्तेमाल के मामले में हरियाणा सरकार ने कैथल के एस.डी.एम. और असिस्टैंट रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर ब्रह्मप्रकाश को सस्पैंड कर दिया है। आप ने कैथल में रैलियों की अनुमति के लिए चुनाव आयोग के ई.एन.सी.ओ.आर.ई. (एनकोर) पोर्टल पर आवेदन किया था।
इन आवेदनों को असिस्टैंट रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर ब्रह्मप्रकाश की आई.डी. से रिजेक्ट कर दिया गया और रिजेक्शन के कारण में हरियाणवी शब्द कोनी देंदे (नहीं देंगे) और आपत्तिजनक शब्द लिख दिया। रिमार्क के ऑप्शन में रिजैक्शन लैटर की बजाय पोर्न स्टार मियां खलीफा का फोटो अपलोड कर दिया।
इस मामले में एक दिन पहले ए.आर.ओ. एस.डी.एम. ब्रह्म प्रकाश ने पोर्टल का काम देख रहे 4 कम्प्यूटर ऑपरेटर सुभाष कुमार, राम निवास, ललित कुमार व प्रकाश सिंह और एक जूनियर प्रोग्रामर प्रदीप कुमार को सस्पैंड कर दिया था और पुलिस को शिकायत दी थी।
कैथल के साइबर क्राइम पुलिस स्टेशन में अज्ञात आरोपियों पर एफ.आई.आर. दर्ज कर ली गई। कैथल के डी.सी-1 प्रशांत पंवार ने सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट शेयर कर कार्रवाई की जानकारी दी है।
हालांकि चुनाव से जुड़ी महत्वपूर्ण काम में इस तरह की लापरवाही को देखते हुए गवर्नर ने एस.डी.एम. पर भी कार्रवाई कर दी।
बताया जा रहा है कि यह पासवर्ड कार्यालय के ही किसी कर्मचारी ने बाहर शेयर किया है या फिर उसने ही ये गलत हरकत की है।

Haryana government has suspended Kaithal’s SDM and Assistant Returning Officer Brahmprakash in the case of use of abusive language while granting permission for 2 rallies of Aam Aadmi Party. AAP had applied on Election Commission’s ENCORE portal for permission to hold rallies in Kaithal.
These applications were rejected from Assistant Returning Officer Brahmprakash’s ID and in the reason for rejection, Haryanvi word koni dende (won’t give) and objectionable words were written. In the remark option, instead of rejection letter, porn star Mia Khalifa’s photo was uploaded.
In this case, a day before, ARO SDM Brahm Prakash suspended 4 computer operators Subhash Kumar, Ram Niwas, Lalit Kumar and Prakash Singh and a junior programmer Pradeep Kumar who were handling the portal and lodged a complaint with the police.
An FIR was registered against unknown accused in Kaithal’s Cyber Crime Police Station. Kaithal DC-1 Prashant Panwar shared a post on social media and informed about the action taken.
However, seeing such negligence in important work related to the election, the Governor also took action against the SDM.
It is being told that this password has been shared outside by some employee of the office itself or he himself has done this wrong act.
