बीकानेर: फेसबुक पर अभद्र टिप्पणी करना पड़ा भारी, युवक सलाखों के पीछे….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। फैसबुक पर सोनी समाज बीकानेर के नाम से फर्जी आईडी बनाकर स्वर्ण व्यापारी पर अभ्रद कमेंट करने के मामले में आज पुलिस थाना सदर ने कार्यवाही करते हुए आरोपी सुनिल राज भामा सोनी को शान्ति भंग के आरोप में गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
मामले के अनुसार कुचीलपुरा बीकानेर निवासी परिवादी मुरलीधर मौसूण ने पुलिस थाना सदर में लिखित रिपोर्ट देकर बताया कि प्रार्थी श्री मैढ स्वर्णकार ट्रस्ट (श्री करणी माता मन्दिर) नोखा रोड बीकानेर का मानद ट्रस्टी और श्री मैढ क्षत्रिय स्वर्णकार समाज बीकानेर का उपाधयक्ष व स्वर्ण व्यापारी है और समाजिक कार्यक्रमों में भागीदारी निभाता हूँ तथा स्वर्णकार समाज में व्याप्त कुरूतियो को मिटाने के लिए समाजिक एवं सास्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन करता रहता हू।
इन्ही सब कार्यों को सुचारू रूप से चलाने के लिए सोशल मिडिया प्लेटफार्म फैसबुक पर मेरे नाम से फैसबुक आईडी बना रखी है। जिस पर हजारो की तादाद में लोग मुझसे जुडे हुए है।
इस कारण रंजिशवश सुनिल राज भामा/सोनी ने सोशल मिडिया प्लेटफार्म फैसबुक पर Soni Samaj Bikaner (Sunil Bhama) नामक फेसबुक आईडी बनाकर दिनांक 08.03.2024 को दोपहर में सुनिल राज भामा ने प्रार्थी की ख्याती को अपहानी पहुंचाने के आश्य से कूटरचना करते हुए प्रार्थी के सोशल मिडिया अकाउंट में अवैध रूप से प्रवेश कारित कर प्राथी की सोशल मिडिया अकाउंट मे से बिना इजाजत के प्रार्थी के फोटो चुरा कर फोटो में कूटरचना कर और उस पर अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग कर उक्त चुराई हुई फोटो को फैसबुक पर चारो तरफ वायरल कर प्रार्थी की प्रतिष्ठा को ठेस पहुंचाई।
जिस पर आज कार्यवाही करते हुए पुलिस ने आरोपी सुनिल राज भामा सोनी को सलाखो के पिछे डाल दिया। ज्ञात रहे कि बीकानेर पुलिस सोशल मिडिया पर पेनी नजर रखी हुई है।
किसी भी प्रकार की गलत और भ्रामक पोस्ट को बिना सोचे समझे वायरल करने पर गिरफ्तार कर सलाखो के पिछे भेज सकती है और इस प्रकार का अपराध आई टी एक्ट की धारा 67 के तहत दण्डनीय अपराध है।

Bikaner: Making indecent comments on Facebook proved costly, youth behind bars….
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. In the case of making indecent comments on a gold trader by creating a fake ID in the name of Soni Samaj Bikaner on Facebook, today the Sadar Police Station took action and arrested the accused Sunil Raj Bhama Soni on charges of disturbing peace.
According to the case, the complainant Muralidhar Mausoon, a resident of Kucheelpura Bikaner, gave a written report in the Sadar Police Station and told that the applicant is an honorary trustee of Shri Maidh Swarnakar Trust (Shri Karni Mata Temple) Nokha Road Bikaner and Vice President of Shri Maidh Kshatriya Swarnakar Samaj Bikaner and a gold trader and I participate in social programs and keep organizing social and cultural programs to eradicate the evils prevalent in the goldsmith community.
To run all these works smoothly, a Facebook ID has been created in my name on the social media platform Facebook. On which thousands of people are connected with me.
For this reason, due to enmity, Sunil Raj Bhama/Soni created a Facebook ID named Soni Samaj Bikaner (Sunil Bhama) on the social media platform Facebook and on 08.03.2024 in the afternoon, Sunil Raj Bhama, with the intention of harming the reputation of the applicant, by forging documents, illegally entered the applicant’s social media account and stole the applicant’s photos from the applicant’s social media account without permission, forged the photos and used abusive language on them and made the stolen photos viral all over Facebook, thereby harming the reputation of the applicant.
Taking action on this today, the police put the accused Sunil Raj Bhama Soni behind bars. It is known that Bikaner Police is keeping a close watch on social media.
Any wrong and misleading post made viral without thinking can lead to arrest and imprisonment and such crime is punishable under section 67 of the IT Act.
