कुख्यात गैंगस्टर रोहित गोदारा के खास गुर्गे को बीकानेर जिला पुलिस ने किया गिरफ्तार….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। कुख्यात गैंगस्टर रोहित गोदारा के खास गुर्गे को बीकानेर जिला पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया। चूरू निवासी ये क्रिमिनल रोहित गोदारा के हल्के लूणकरनसर में रहकर लोकल गैंग को ऑपरेट कर रहा था।
एसपी तेजस्विनी गौतम ने बताया कि दानाराम उर्फ दानिया पुत्र जगदीश प्रसाद सियाग जाति जाट निवासी बिल्यूं पुलिस थाना भानिपुरा जिला चुरू हाल वार्ड नम्बर दो सुरनाणा रोड, लूणकरनसर को अरेस्ट किया गया है जो रोहित गोदारा गैंग का मुख्य सदस्य है।
दानाराम लूणकरनसर का हिस्ट्रीशीटर व जिले का हार्डकोर अपराधी है, जिसके विरूद्ध विभिन्न थानों में लूट, डकैती, हत्या के प्रयास, फिरौती, व अवैध हथियार के गंभीर प्रकरण दर्ज है। आरोपी पर जिला पुलिस द्वारा 50 हज़ार का ईनाम रखा गया था।
एसपी तेजस्विनी ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार किए गए आरोपी दानिया के चर्चित सिद्धू मूसेवाला हत्याकांड और राजू ठेठ हत्याकांड को अंजाम देने वाले अपराधियों से भी संबंध प्रमाणित पाए गए हैं। यह एक गंभीर प्रवृत्ति का हार्डकोर क्रिमिनल है। इसके स्थानीय किन लोगों से संबंध रहे इसकी पड़ताल की जा रही है।
एसपी तेजस्विनी गौतम ने बताया कि आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू होने के बाद यह राजस्थान की पहली राजपासा एक्ट के तहत की गई करवाई है। जो बीकानेर पुलिस ने की है। आरोपी की संपत्ति को करीब 1 वर्ष पूर्व निषेधित किया गया था।
एसपी ने बताया कि ये एक गंभीर प्रवृति का अपराधी है जिसके विरुद्ध संगीन धाराओं में 13 मामले दर्ज हैं।
आरोपी के विरुद्ध पुलिस अधीक्षक बीकानेर ने राजस्थान असामाजिक क्रियाकलाप निवारण अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत जिला मजिस्ट्रेट बीकानेर के समक्ष इस्तगासा पेश किया था।
जिनके द्वारा धारा (3) RAJPASA Act के तहत अपराधी दानाराम सियाग को निरूद्ध करने के आदेश जारी किए गये थे। पुलिस ने आरोपी को अरेस्ट कर केंद्रीय कारागार में न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में भेज दिया है।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Bikaner district police arrested a special henchman of notorious gangster Rohit Godara. This criminal, a resident of Churu, was operating the local gang while living in Rohit Godara’s area Lunkaransar.
SP Tejaswini Gautam said that Danaram alias Dania son Jagdish Prasad Siyag caste Jat resident Bilyun police station Bhanipura district Churu, presently ward number two Surnana Road, Lunkaransar has been arrested, who is the main member of Rohit Godara gang.
Danaram is a history-sheeter of Lunkaransar and a hardcore criminal of the district, against whom serious cases of robbery, dacoity, attempt to murder, ransom, and illegal weapons are registered in various police stations. A reward of 50 thousand was placed on the accused by the district police.
SP Tejaswini said that the arrested accused Dania’s connection with the criminals who carried out the famous Sidhu Moosewala murder case and Raju Theth murder case has also been proved. He is a hardcore criminal of a serious nature. Investigation is being done to find out with which local people he had connections.
SP Tejaswini Gautam said that after the implementation of the model code of conduct, this is the first action taken under the Rajpasa Act in Rajasthan. Which has been done by Bikaner Police. The property of the accused was prohibited about 1 year ago.
The SP said that he is a criminal of a serious nature against whom 13 cases are registered under serious sections.
The Superintendent of Police Bikaner had presented an application against the accused before the District Magistrate Bikaner under the Rajasthan Anti-Social Activities Prevention Act, 2006.
Orders were issued by them to detain the criminal Danaram Siyag under Section (3) RAJPASA Act. The police arrested the accused and sent him to judicial custody in the central jail.
