पीबीएम अस्पताल में अब क्यूआर कोड से मरीज एवं उनके परिजन कर पाएगें गंदगी की शिकायत : त्वरित होगा समाधान
बीकानेर, MaruSangram। सरदार पटेल मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्राचार्य एवं नियंत्रक डॉ. गुंजन सोनी ने सफाई को लेकर आ रही शिकायत के त्वरित समाधान हेतु उदयपुर मेडिकल कॉलेज मे कार्यरत सिस्टम को लागू करते हूए आई टी के सहयोग से एसपी मेडिकल कॉलेज बीकानेर में भी एक नवीन कदम उठाया है, प्राचार्य डॉ. सोनी के आदेश पर पीबीएम अस्पताल के प्रत्येक आवश्यक स्थान एवं शोचालय के बाहर एक क्यूआर कोड लगा हुआ बोर्ड लगाया गया है।
मरीज एवं उनके परिजनों को चिकित्सालय परिसर सहित शौचालय साफ नहीं लगे या गंदगी दिखे तो वें तुरंत फोटो लेकर क्यूआर कोड को अपने मोबाइल से स्कैन कर गंदगी के फोटो अपलोड कर पाएगें।
ये सभी फोटो कंट्रोल रूम के माध्यम से संबंधित संफाई कर्मी तक पहूचेंगें ऐसी स्थिति में सफाई कर्मचारी तुरंत संबंधित स्थान जाकर सफाई करके आएगा।
प्राचार्य डॉ. सोनी ने कहा कि सफाई व्यवस्था को आरे अधिक सुदृढ़ करने वप्रोपर मोनिटरिंग करने के लिए तकनीक की सहायता से एक नवीन कदम उठाया जा रहा है। साथ ही पीबीएम परिसर मे आने वाले मरीज एवं उनके परिजनों से भी सफाई व्यवस्था बनाए रखने में सहयोग करने की अपील की है।

Bikaner, MaruSangram. Sardar Patel Medical College Principal and Controller Dr. Gunjan Soni has taken a new step in SP Medical College Bikaner with the help of IT, implementing the system working in Udaipur Medical College for quick solution of complaints regarding cleanliness. On the orders of Principal Dr. Soni, a board with QR code has been installed outside every important place and toilet of PBM Hospital.
If the patients and their relatives do not find the hospital premises including the toilet clean or see dirt, then they will be able to immediately take a photo and scan the QR code with their mobile and upload the photos of the dirt.
All these photos will reach the concerned cleaning worker through the control room, in such a situation the cleaning worker will immediately go to the concerned place and clean it.
Principal Dr. Soni said that a new step is being taken with the help of technology to strengthen the cleaning system further and do proper monitoring. Besides this, patients and their relatives visiting the PBM premises have also been appealed to cooperate in maintaining the cleanliness.
