6 टीमों ने एक ही समय में किया सभी 15 शहरी डिस्पेंसरियों का औचक निरीक्षण
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राज्य सरकार की 100 दिवसीय कार्य योजना के अंतर्गत जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल के निर्देशानुसार स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों की 6 अलग- अलग टीमो ने एक साथ सभी 15 शहरी डिस्पेंसरियों का औचक निरीक्षण किया।
जिला कलेक्टर द्वारा अल सुबह प्राप्त निर्देशों की पालना में कार्यवाहक मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. राजेश कुमार गुप्ता द्वारा स्वयं सहित 6 टीमों का गठन कर निरीक्षण की कार्यवाही पूर्ण की गई।
प्रत्येक शहरी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिती, मुख्यमंत्री निशुल्क दवा योजना, मुख्यमंत्री निशुल्क जांच योजना, आयुष्मान भारत ई केवाईसी उपलब्धि, एचबीपीएनसी पुकार, मिसिंग डिलीवरी, प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षित मातृत्व अभियान, सफाई व्यवस्था, मौसमी बीमारियों की स्थिति तथा राजश्री योजना की पेंडेंसी को केंद्र में रखते हुए राज्य सरकार द्वारा तय चेकलिस्ट अनुसार निरीक्षण किए गए। मौके पर लाइव लोकेशन से ही ओडीके एप में इंद्राज किए गए।
डॉ राजेश गुप्ता ने शहरी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र नंबर 2 भुजिया बाजार, नंबर 3 महेश्वरी भवन व यूपीएचसी नंबर 4 विवेक नगर का निरीक्षण किया।
डिप्टी सीएमएचओ स्वास्थ्य डॉ लोकेश गुप्ता ने शहरी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र मुक्ता प्रसाद कॉलोनी, रामपुरा बस्ती व सर्वोदय बस्ती का।
डॉ. नवल किशोर गुप्ता ने यूपीएचसी नम्बर एक जेल रोड़ व नं 7 रानी बाजार औद्योगिक क्षेत्र का।
डॉ रमेश गुप्ता ने यूपीएचसी नंबर 5 कोट गेट का।
जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक सुशील कुमार व मालकोश आचार्य ने यूपीएचसी बीछवाल का।
शहरी कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक नेहा शेखावत ने यूपीएचसी फोर्ट, तिलक नगर व इंदिरा कॉलोनी का।
जिला कार्यक्रम समन्वयक रेनू बिस्सा ने यूपीएचसी मुरलीधर व्यास नगर व यूपीएचसी नंबर 6 नत्थूसर गेट का निरीक्षण किया।

6 teams conducted surprise inspection of all 15 urban dispensaries at the same time
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Under the 100-day action plan of the state government, as per the instructions of District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal, 6 different teams of health department officials simultaneously conducted surprise inspection of all the 15 urban dispensaries.
In compliance with the instructions received by the District Collector early in the morning, the inspection process was completed by acting Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta by forming 6 teams including himself.
In every urban primary health center, biometric attendance, Chief Minister Free Medicine Scheme, Chief Minister Free Testing Scheme, Ayushman Bharat e KYC achievement, HBPNC call, missing delivery, Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan, cleanliness system, status of seasonal diseases and pendency of Rajshree Scheme will be monitored. Keeping this in mind, inspections were conducted as per the checklist fixed by the state government. Entries were made in the ODK app from live location on the spot.
