जयपुर/बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान सरकार ने एक आदेश जारी कर कर्मचारियों के स्थानान्तरण पर पूर्णतः रोक लगा दी है।

प्रमुख शासन सचिव आलोक गुप्ता ने एक आदेश जारी किया है जिसमें राजकीय कर्मचारियों/कर्मचारियों के स्थानांतरण पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगाया है।

साथ ही इस आदेश में एपीओ और रिक्त स्थान पर पदस्थापन आदेश जारी नही करने के भी निर्देश दिए गए है।

राजकीय अधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों के स्थानान्तरण के संबंध में इस विभाग द्वारा जारी समस्त पूर्व परिपत्रों के अधिक्रमण में विभाग के समसंख्यक आदेश दिनांक 04.01.2023 द्वारा दिनांक 15.01.2023 से राजकीय अधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों के स्थानान्तरण पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है, जो वर्तमान में पूर्णतः प्रभावी है।

राज्य सरकार के संज्ञान में आया है कि कतिपय विभागों द्वारा प्रतिबंध अवधि में भी विभागीय स्तर पर ही स्थानान्तरण / पदस्थापन आदेश जारी किये जा रहे है, जो राज्य में सुशासन एवं पारदर्शिता की भावना के अनुरूप नहीं है।

विभागीय परिपत्र दिनांक 20.01.2023 द्वारा स्थानान्तरण प्रतिबंध अवधि में अधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को आदेशों की प्रतीक्षा (ए.पी.ओ.) अथवा अन्य माध्यम से इच्छित जगह रिक्त पद पर पदस्थापन आदेश जारी नहीं करने के संबंध में निर्देश जारी किये गये हैं।

In supersession of all the previous circulars issued by this department regarding the transfer of government officers/employees, a complete ban has been imposed on the transfer of government officers/employees from 15.01.2023 by the department’s order of even number dated 04.01.2023, which is completely banned at present. Is effective.

It has come to the notice of the State Government that transfer/posting orders are being issued by some departments at the departmental level even during the restriction period, which is not in accordance with the spirit of good governance and transparency in the state.

By the departmental circular dated 20.01.2023, instructions have been issued regarding not issuing posting orders to the vacant posts at the desired place to the officers/employees during the transfer restriction period.
