धरना प्रदर्शन जारी
बीकानेर/जयपुर, @marusangramnews। जयपुर कमिश्नरी के पास शहीद स्मारक पर राजस्थान के प्रत्येक जिले से आये हजारों युवाओं के बीच आक्रोश दिख रहा है।
शहीद स्थल पर धरने पर पुरूष व महिलाओं की भी भागीदारी है। सभी युवाओं का एक ही सवाल है कि पिछले 2 सालों से गांव-गांव, ढ़ाणी-ढ़ाणी में जन-जन तक राज्य और केंद्र सरकार की फ्लैगशिप योजनाओं को पहुंचाने का काम कर रहे थे, अचानक से इस कार्यक्रम को बंद कर राजस्थान सरकार ने सभी को बेरोजगार कर दिया है।
ज्ञात रहे 25 दिसम्बर, 2023 को एक आदेश जारी करते हुए बताया गया कि 31 दिसम्बर, 2023 से आर्थिक सांख्यिकी विभाग के अधीन लगें सभी राजीव गांधी युवा मित्रों की इंटर्नशिप कार्यक्रम को तुरंत प्रभाव से बंद किया जाएगा।
इस आदेश के विरोध में हजारों युवाओं ने जयपुर कमिश्नरी के पास शहीद स्मारक पर पिछले तीन दिनों से धरना लगा रखा है। बीकानेर जिले से पचास से अधिक युवा भी इस धरने में शामिल हैं। बीकानेर युवाओं के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने उपमुख्यमंत्री प्रेमचंद बैरवा से मुलाकात कर ज्ञापन भी सौंपा। इस दौरान शिशुपाल खिलेरी, राम कुमार खिलेरी, भरत भुवाल, एड. राजेन्द्र विश्नोई, दिनेश शर्मा, पतराम सियाग, सरजीत सिंह, पुखराज स्वामी, संजय गोयल, मोती राम मेघवाल, हुखमाराम मेघवाल, सतपाल सोढा सहित अन्य युवा मित्र मौजूद रहे।
जानकारी: ‘राजीव गांधी युवा मित्र इंटर्नशिप कार्यक्रम’?
अशोक गहलोत सरकार द्वारा बजट घोषणा के बाद वर्ष 2021 में राजीव गांधी युवा मित्र इंटर्नशिप कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की गई थी। इस योजना के तहत सरकार द्वारा योग्य युवाओं का चयन कर उन्हें विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में 6 महीने तक इंटर्नशिप का अवसर दिया जाता था। इंटर्नशिप की अवधि पूरी होने पर इन युवाओं को प्रमाण पत्र भी दिया जाता था। यदि इनमें से किसी उम्मीदवार का प्रदर्शन अच्छा रहा तो इंटर्नशिप की अवधि को अधिकतम दो साल तक बढ़ाने का प्रवधान था। पहली बार भर्ती प्रक्रिया में 2500 युवाओं को लगाया गया। इसके बाद फरवरी 23 के बजट में 2500 युवा मित्रों को जोड़ने की घोषणा के साथ ही इनको सितम्बर माह में इंटर्नशिप कार्यक्रम में लगा दिया गया। इस प्रकार से दो बार में 5000 युवा मित्रों को लगाया गया था।

More than fifty youth from Bikaner district are also involved in this protest. A delegation of Bikaner youth met Deputy Chief Minister Premchand Bairwa and also submitted a memorandum. During this, Shishupal Khileri, Ram Kumar Khileri, Bharat Bhuwal, Ed. Rajendra Vishnoi, Dinesh Sharma, Patram Siyag, Sarjit Singh, Pukhraj Swami, Sanjay Goyal, Moti Ram Meghwal, Hukhmaram Meghwal, Satpal Sodha and other young friends were present.

Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Mitra Internship Program was started in the year 2021 after the budget announcement by Ashok Gehlot government. Under this scheme, eligible youth were selected by the government and given the opportunity of internship for 6 months in various fields. On completion of the internship period, these youth were also given certificates. If the performance of any of these candidates was good, there was a provision to extend the internship period to a maximum of two years. For the first time, 2500 youth were involved in the recruitment process. After this, with the announcement of adding 2500 Yuva Mitras in the budget of February 23, they were appointed in October. In this way, 5000 young friends were deployed twice.
