20 दिसम्बर मेडिकल रिप्रजेंटेटिव की हड़ताल रही सफल कलेक्टर को दिया ज्ञापन….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान मेडिकल एंड सेल्स रिप्रजेंटेटिव यूनियन बीकानेर इकाई के सचिव सवाई दान चारण ने बताया 20 दिसंबर 2023 को अखिल भारतीय संघठन एफ एम आर ए आई के आह्वान पर पूरे भारत के सवा लाख से ज्यादा मेडिकल रिप्रेजेंटेटिव्स अपनी 8 सूत्रीय मांगों को लेकर एक दिन की हड़ताल पर रहे ।
इस हड़ताल में बीकानेर के 500 से अधिक मेडिकल रिप्रजेंटेटिव हड़ताल पर रहे और कम्पनी से संबंधित सभी कार्यों का पूर्ण रूप से बहिष्कार किया।
मेडीकल रिप्रजेंटेटिव पहुंचे कलेक्ट्रेट अपनी मांगों को लेकर किया जमकर विरोध और जिला कलेक्टर को दिया ज्ञापन।
कलेक्ट्रेट पहुंचे आर एम. एस. आर. यू. के वाइस प्रेजिडेंट संजय माथुर, राज्य एवं जिला सचिव सवाई दान चारण, राज्य कमेटी मेंबर सुनील गहलोत, कोशाध्यक्ष मनोज गहलोत, राकेश, अरविंद, पीयूष, अजय सांखला, केशव,पुनीत, वैभव, रमन, सावन सहित बीकानेर इकाई के मेडिकल रिप्रजेंटेटिव ।
ये है 8 सूत्रीय मांगे…….
केंद्र सरकार से मांग:
1) बिक्री संवर्धन कर्मचारी (सेवा की शर्तें) अधिनियम, 1976 की रक्षा करें।
2) बिक्री संवर्धन कर्मचारियों के लिए वैधानिक कार्य नियम बनाएं।
3) सरकारी अस्पतालों में चिकित्सा प्रतिनिधियों के प्रवेश पर लगे सभी प्रतिबंध हटा दें तथा
संस्थान और उनके काम का अधिकार सुनिश्चित करें।
4) दवाओं और चिकित्सा उपकरणों की कीमतें कम करें और जीएसटी हटाएं।
5) डेटा गोपनीयता को सुरक्षित रखें।
नियोक्ताओं से मांगें:
1) बिक्री संबंधी शोषण और उत्पीड़न बंद करें।
2) ट्रैकिंग और सर्विलांस के माध्यम से गोपनीयता में कोई घुसपैठ नहीं।
3) कार्यस्थलों में निर्बाध प्रवेश सुनिश्चित करें।

Sawai Dan Charan, Secretary of Rajasthan Medical and Sales Representative Union Bikaner unit, said that on December 20, 2023, on the call of All India Organization FMRAI, more than 1.25 lakh medical representatives from all over India will be on a one-day strike for their 8-point demands. are .
In this strike, more than 500 medical representatives of Bikaner remained on strike and completely boycotted all the work related to the company.
The medical representative reached the Collectorate and protested strongly regarding his demands and gave a memorandum to the District Collector.
R.M.S reached Collectorate. R. You. Vice President Sanjay Mathur, State and District Secretary Sawai Dan Charan, State Committee Member Sunil Gehlot, Treasurer Manoj Gehlot, Rakesh, Arvind, Piyush, Ajay Sankhla, Keshav, Puneet, Vaibhav, Raman, Sawan and medical representatives of Bikaner unit.
These are 8 point demands…
Demand from Central Government:
1) Protect the Sales Promotion Employees (Conditions of Service) Act, 1976.
2) Make statutory work rules for sales promotion employees.
3) Remove all restrictions on entry of medical representatives into government hospitals and
Ensure the authority of the institution and their work.
4) Reduce prices of medicines and medical devices and remove GST.
5) Protect data privacy.
Demand from employers:
1) Stop sales exploitation and harassment.
2) No intrusion into privacy through tracking and surveillance.
3) Ensure unhindered entry into workplaces.
