राजस्थान सरकार का एक ओर बड़ा एक्शन: तुरन्त प्रभाव से बोर्ड/आयोगों में अध्यक्ष की सेवाएं समाप्त….

जयपुर, @MaruSangram। बोर्ड/आयोगों में अध्यक्ष की सेवाएं समाप्त, प्रशासनिक सुधार विभाग ने जारी किए आदेश

विभिन्न विभागों के अन्तर्गत राज्य स्तरीय एवं जिला स्तरीय समितियां /आयोग/निगम/बोर्ड / टास्क फोर्स इत्यादि कार्यरत है, जिनमें गैर सरकारी अध्यक्ष/उपाध्यक्ष / सदस्य मनोनीत किये हुए है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा विभिन्न संस्थाओं में सभी गैर सरकारी सदस्यों के मनोनयन एवं जिन विभागों में गैर सरकारी सदस्यों की सलाहकारी सेवाएं ली जा रही है, उन्हें तुरन्त प्रभाव से समाप्त किये जाने का निर्णय लिया है।

विभाग द्वारा गठित राज्य स्तरीय एवं जिला स्तरीय समिति/आयोग/निगम / बोर्ड / टास्क फोर्स इत्यादि में गैर सरकारी अध्यक्ष/उपाध्यक्ष / सदस्यों का मनोनयन किया हुआ है एवं सलाहकार के रूप में गैर सरकारी सदस्यों की सेवाएं ली जा रही है, उन्हे तुरन्त प्रभाव से समाप्त कर आदेश की प्रति मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय एवं इस विभाग को प्रेषित करवाने का आदेश जारी।

इसके साथ ही ऐसे प्रकरण जिनमें वैधानिक दृष्टि से निरस्त किया जाना सम्भव नहीं है, उनकी पत्रावलियां मय नियमावली के मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय को तत्काल भिजवाने के लिए जारी किया आदेश।

Jaipur, @MaruSangram. Services of Chairman in Boards/Commissions ended, Administrative Reforms Department issued orders

State level and district level committees/commissions/corporations/boards/task forces etc. are functioning under various departments, in which non-official presidents/vice presidents/members are nominated. The state government has decided to abolish with immediate effect the nomination of all non-government members in various institutions and the departments where advisory services of non-government members are being taken.

Non-official chairpersons/vice-chairpersons/members have been nominated in the state level and district level committee/commission/corporation/board/task force etc. constituted by the department and the services of non-official members are being taken as advisors, they will be appointed with immediate effect. Order issued to send a copy of the order to the Chief Minister’s Office and this department.

Along with this, an order was issued to immediately send the files along with the rules to the Chief Minister’s Office in cases where cancellation is not possible from the legal point of view.
