नई दिल्ली, @MaruSangram। पुरानी संसद में हुए आतंकी हमले की खौफनाक याद आज भी हर किसी के जेहन में जिंदा है। इस दिन 5 आतंकियों ने संसद में हमला किया था, जिसमें दिल्ली पुलिस के 5 जवानों सहित 9 लोगों की मौत हो गई थी। इस आतंकी वारदात के 22 साल बाद एक बार फिर संसद की सुरक्षा में एक बड़ी चूक सामने आई है।

बुधवार को लोकसभा में कार्रवाही के दौरान दो लोग दर्शक दीर्घा से नीचे कूद गए। इस दौरान संसद भवन में अफरा-तफरी मच गई।

लोकसभा स्पीकर ने इस मामले के जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। लेकिन सबसे बड़ा सवाल ये है कि खुफिय एजेंसियों और पुलिस के पास इनपुट होने के बावजूद ये घटना कैसे हुई है।

आईबी ने दिल्ली पुलिस और खुफिया एजेंसियों को पहले इनपुट दे दिया था, ताकि इस तरह की घटना होने से रोका जा सके। इसके मद्देनजर संसद और आसपास की सुरक्षा भी कड़ी कर दी गई थी, लेकिन दो लोगों ने सुरक्षा चक्र तोड़ दिया।

संसद में घुस गए. कुछ देर दर्शक दीर्घा में बैठने के बाद दोनों नीचे कूद गए। एक बेंच से दूसरे बेंच पर भागने लगे।

इस दौरान एक शख्स ने अपने जूते से निकालकर पीले रंग की गैस स्प्रे कर दी। ऐसी ही घटना संसद के बाहर भी हुई। संसद में मौजूद सांसदों ने दोनों युवकों को पकड़ लिया।

उन्होंने जमकर पीटने के बाद सुरक्षाकर्मियों के हवाले कर दिया। लोकसभा की कार्यवाही भी स्थगित कर दी गई।

शुरूआती जांच में ये बात सामने आई है कि संसद के बाहर से पकड़े गए नीलम और अमोल के पास मोबाइल फोन नहीं था। इनके पास किसी भी तरह का पहचान पत्र और बैग तक नहीं बरामद हुआ। दोनों ने किसी भी संगठन से संबंध होने से इंकार किया है। उनका दावा है कि वो लोग खुद से प्रेरित होकर संसद गए थे।

जांच में ये भी खुलासा हुआ है कि इस साजिश में कुल 6 लोग शामिल थे। 2 लोगों ने अंदर हंगामा किया, तो 2 ने बाहर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। 2 व्यक्ति इस मामले में फरार हो गए जिसमें से एक को पकड़ लिया गया, एक अभी भी फरार है।

Lok Sabha Speaker has ordered an investigation into this matter. But the biggest question is that despite the intelligence agencies and police having input, how did this incident happen?

IB had earlier given inputs to Delhi Police and intelligence agencies, so that such an incident could be prevented from happening. In view of this, security in and around Parliament was also tightened, but two people broke the security circle.

During this, a person took out his shoe and sprayed yellow colored gas. A similar incident happened outside the Parliament also. The MPs present in the Parliament caught both the youths.

After beating him severely, he handed him over to the security personnel. The proceedings of the Lok Sabha were also adjourned.

Initial investigation has revealed that Neelam and Amol, who were caught from outside the Parliament, did not have mobile phones. No identity card or bag of any kind was recovered from them. Both have denied having any connection with any organization. He claims that they went to Parliament out of self-motivation.

The investigation has also revealed that a total of 6 people were involved in this conspiracy. Two people created a ruckus inside, while two protested outside. 2 persons absconded in this case out of which one was caught, one is still absconding.
