उत्तरप्रदेश, @MaruSangramnews। लेह में तैनात एक महिला लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल को उसके साथी अफसर ने वाराणसी बुलाकर पहले घर फिर होटल में अप्राकृतिक दुष्‍कर्म किया।

आजमगढ़ की रहने वाली इस अफसर की शिकायत पर वाराणसी के कैंट थाने में दुष्कर्म, मारपीट, धमकी और दहेज मांगने के आरोप में केस दर्ज किया गया है।

नदेसर के काशीराज अपार्टमेंट का निवासी आरोपी देवाशीष मुखर्जी भी लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल है। पुलिस आयुक्त के आदेश पर कैंट पुलिस ने केस दर्ज कर जांच में जुटी है।

महिला अफसर ने पुलिस आयुक्त से मिलकर गुहार लगाई थी। बताया कि लेह में तैनाती के दौरान देवाशीष से दोस्ती हुई थी। स्वाजातीय होने पर देवाशीष ने विवाह का प्रस्ताव दिया।

घरवालों से बातचीत के बाद मैंने उसे स्वीकार कर लिया। बीते सितंबर माह में सरकारी काम से जबलपुर गईं थीं। 21 सितम्बर को देवाशीष ने प्लेन का टिकट बुक कराकर मां सुष्मिता मुखर्जी से मिलने के लिए मुझे वाराणसी बुलाया। ठहरने के लिए अपने घर पर व्यवस्था की।

रात में देवाशीष मेरे कमरे में आया और शादी का हवाला देकर जबरदस्ती अप्राकृतिक संबंध बनाया।

महिला अफसर का आरोप है कि देवाशीष समलैंगिक चरित्र का है। दूसरे दिन उसकी मां ने दहेज में 80 लाख का मकान दिलाने को कहा। साथ ही बारात का खर्चा भी उठाने को कहा। इनकार करने दोनों ने हाथापाई की। पुलिस से शिकायत की बात कहने पर दोनों ने माफी मांगकर मामला रफा-दफा कर दिया।

दूसरी रात देवाशीष ने फिर मुझसे अप्राकृतिक दुष्कर्म किया और वीडियो भी बना लिया। सुबह उसकी मां ने गाली-गलौज शुरू कर दी।

चाकू लेकर मारने के लिए दौड़ा लिया। किसी तरह पीड़िता ने खुद को कमरे में बंद कर जान बचाई। कुछ देर बाद देवाशीष आया और पीड़िता को होटल ले गया। वहां भी उससे अप्राकृतिक दुष्कर्म किया। इसके बाद पीड़िता के साथ एक मंदिर में जाकर शादी की।

आशीर्वाद के लिए मां के पास गये तो फिर से 80 लाख रुपये की मांग की गई। पैसा नहीं देने पर शादी नहीं मानने की बात कही। जब दोनों वापस लेह यूनिट में गए तो वहां देवाशीष का व्यवहार बदल गया। पंजीकृत शादी के नाम पर वह भी 80 लाख रुपये, मां से माफी मांगने की बात कहने लगा।

Accused Devashish Mukherjee, resident of Kashiraj Apartment, Nadesar, is also a Lieutenant Colonel. On the orders of the Police Commissioner, Cantt Police has registered a case and is engaged in investigation.

The woman officer had met the Police Commissioner and appealed. Told that he had become friends with Devashish during his posting in Leh. Devashish proposed marriage after getting married.

After talking to my family, I accepted it. Last September, she had gone to Jabalpur for government work. On 21st September, Devashish booked a plane ticket and called me to Varanasi to meet mother Sushmita Mukherjee. Made arrangements for stay at your home.

At night Devashish came to my room and on the pretext of marriage forcefully had unnatural sex with me.

The female officer alleges that Devashish is of homosexual character. The next day his mother asked for a house worth Rs 80 lakh as dowry. Also asked to bear the expenses of the wedding procession. When both of them refused, they scuffled. After complaining to the police, both of them apologized and hushed up the matter.

Next night Devashish again unnaturally raped me and also made a video. In the morning his mother started abusing him.

He took a knife and ran to kill. Somehow the victim saved her life by locking herself in the room. After some time Devashish came and took the victim to the hotel. There also she was unnaturally raped. After this, he went to a temple and married the victim.

When he went to his mother for blessings, he was again asked for Rs 80 lakh. Said that he would not agree to the marriage if the money was not paid. When both of them went back to Leh unit, Devashish’s behavior changed there. He also paid Rs 80 lakh in the name of registered marriage and started talking about apologizing to his mother.
