स्काई किंग भुजिया एवं नमकीन शोरूम का हुआ उद्धघाटन….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। हड़मान जी भुजिया पुरानी फेमस दुकान के नए शोरूम स्काई किंग भुजिया & नमकीन का उद्घाटन डॉ. बी.डी. कल्ला एवं बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ अध्यक्ष द्वारका प्रसाद पचिसिया द्वारा किया गया।
डॉ. बी.डी. कल्ला ने बताया कि हडमान जी माली ने अपनी पूरी मेहनत एवं दिन रात एक करके अपना ब्रांड बनाया और आज यह देखकर काफी प्रसन्नता होती है कि इनके पोत्रों द्वारा हडमान जी का नाम और अधिक बढाया हैं।
द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया ने बताया कि स्वर्गीय हडमान जी माली भुजिया वालों के परिवार द्वारा भुजिया निर्माण के क्षेत्र में हमेशा शुद्धता एवं क्वालिटी के द्वारा ही बीकानेर वासियों के दिलों को जीता है और इसी तर्ज पर इस नए शोरूम में भी हडमान जी माली के बताए मार्ग का अनुशरण किया जाएगा।
शोरूम संचालक रोहित कच्छावा ने बताया कि शोरूम में सुद्ध दालों एवं तेल से बने भुजियों की बिक्री की जायेगी जिसमें महीन भुजिया, मोटा भुजिया, तीन नंबर भुजिया, पुदीना भुजिया. नींबू भुजिया, टमाटर भुजिया, कई तरह के अचार एवं नमकीन के कई वैरायटी के उत्पाद मिलेंगे।
इसमें रामरतन कच्छावा, सुरेश माली, मोहित कच्छावा, गणेश स्वामी आदि उपस्थित हुए।

Showroom operator Rohit Kachhawa said that bhujiya made of pure pulses and oil will be sold in the showroom which includes fine bhujiya, thick bhujiya, number three bhujiya, mint bhujiya. Many varieties of lemon bhujia, tomato bhujia, many types of pickles and namkeen products will be available.
