निश्चित रूप से वो नाराज होगी मगर बीकानेर के व्यास कालोनी में रहने वाली कांता आहूजा को अपने बारे में ये शब्द सुनकर गर्व होता हैं। इनका कारण है इनके ही ससुराल में तीन पीढ़ियों से करणी सिंह स्टेडियम में दशहरा पात्र के रूप में रावण का रोल निभाने की परंपरा आज तक निभाई जा रही है।
सर्व प्रथम स्व. माधव दास आहूजा ने 15 वर्षो तक रावण का किरदार निभाया फिर उनके पुत्र सिल्वर जुबली शिवाजी आहूजा ने 25 वर्ष तक झांकी में अभिनय किया।
वर्तमान में माधव दास आहूजा के सुपौत्र रंगकर्मी, पत्रकार रहे के. कुमार आहूजा 20 वर्षो से परिवार की परंपरा को निभा रहे है।
पिछले 60 सालो से अपने परिवार की परंपरा का निर्वहन कर रहे हैं। अपने कद काठी खतरनाक अट्टहास के साथ आहूजा ने अपनी एक अलग पहचान बनाई है।
बीकानेर दशहरा कमेटी टीम को इनके अभिनय पर नाज है। जहा भगवान राम है वहा दशानन भी एक नियति है, सत्य पर असत्य की जीत, सही माने में असत्य, दुर्गति और साधु जनों को पवित्रता से बचाने को प्रभु राम का अवतार प्रासंगिक है वही राम के हाथो से मुक्ति पाने के लिए दशानन यानी रावण का जन्मना भी एक नियति है।

Surely she would be angry but Kanta Ahuja, living in Vyas Colony, Bikaner, feels proud to hear these words about herself. The reason for this is that the tradition of playing the role of Ravana as a Dussehra character is being followed in Karni Singh Stadium for three generations in his own in-laws house till date.
First of all Madhav Das Ahuja played the role of Ravana for 15 years, then his son Silver Jubilee Shivaji Ahuja acted in Jhanki for 25 years.
Presently, Madhav Das Ahuja’s grandson, theater artiste and journalist K. Kumar Ahuja has been following the family tradition for 20 years.
He has been following his family’s tradition for the last 60 years. Ahuja has created a distinct identity for himself with his tall physique and menacing humor.
Bikaner Dussehra Committee team is proud of his acting.
