खाद्य सुरक्षा दल की देशनोक में कार्यवाही
350 किलो सड़ा हुआ मावा करवाया नष्ट
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध अभियान के अंतर्गत बीकानेर जिले के खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारीयों द्वारा देशनोक में निरीक्षण व नमूनीकरण की कार्यवाही की गई। मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी बीकानेर डॉ मोहम्मद अबरार पवार ने बताया कि मैसर्स करणी डेयरी बड़ा गुवाड की निर्माण इकाई पर लगभग 350 किलो बदबूदार तथा फंगस लगा हुआ मावा रखा था जिसे देखने तथा सूंघने पर दुर्गंध आ रही थी।
इस मावा को मौके पर ही नष्ट करवाया गया तथा मौके से घी, कलाकंद, मीठा मावा तथा फीका मावा के कुल 4 नमूने एफएसएस एक्ट के अंतर्गत लिए गए। इन्हें जांच हेतु जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला बीकानेर भिजवाया जाएगा। जांच रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने के पश्चात नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
इसके पश्चात खाद्य सुरक्षा टीम द्वारा करणी माता मंदिर देशनोक के अध्यक्ष बादल सिंह, उपाध्यक्ष तथा पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष से मुलाकात की गई जिस पर उनके द्वारा मंदिर परिसर एवम परिसर के बाहर स्थित मिठाई एवं प्रसाद की दुकानों का निरीक्षण करने का अनुरोध किया गया।
खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी दल द्वारा मंदिर परिसर एवम बाहर स्थित मिठाई एवं प्रसाद की दुकानों पर साफ सफाई रखने तथा अवधि पर मिठाई तथा मिलावटी मिठाई नहीं रखने के निर्देश प्रदान किए गए।
कारवाई में बीकानेर जिले के खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी भानु प्रताप सिंह, श्रवण कुमार वर्मा, सुरेंद्र कुमार तथा राकेश गोदारा शामिल रहे।

Action of Food Safety Team in Deshnok
350 kg of rotten mawa got destroyed
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Under the War for Clean campaign, the action of inspection and sampling was carried out in Deshnok by the food safety officers of Bikaner district. Chief Medical and Health Officer, Bikaner, Dr. Mohammad Abrar Pawar said that about 350 kg of smelly and fungus-tainted mawa was kept at the manufacturing unit of M/s Karni Dairy, Bada Guwad, which was giving off foul smell when seen and smelled.
This mawa was destroyed on the spot and a total of 4 samples of ghee, kalakand, sweet mawa and faded mawa were taken from the spot under the FSS Act. These will be sent to Public Health Laboratory, Bikaner for testing. After receiving the investigation report, action will be taken as per rules.
After this, the food safety team met Karni Mata Temple Deshnok President Badal Singh, Vice President and former Vice President, on which they were requested to inspect the temple premises and the shops of sweets and prasad located outside the premises.
The Food Safety Officer team gave instructions to maintain cleanliness at the sweets and prasad shops located in the temple premises and outside and not to keep sweets and adulterated sweets during the period.
Food safety officers of Bikaner district Bhanu Pratap Singh, Shravan Kumar Verma, Surendra Kumar and Rakesh Godara were involved in the action.
