जयपुर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान में शुक्रवार सुबह 6 बजे से प्रदेश के 7 हजार पेट्रोल पंप बंद हो जाएंगे। पेट्रोल पंप संचालक अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर जा रहे हैं।
13 और 14 सितंबर को दो दिन की सांकेतिक हड़ताल के बाद सरकार की ओर से कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं आने के बाद राजस्थान पेट्रोलियम डीलर्स एसोसिएशन की ओर से गुरुवार शाम को एक बैठक के बाद ये निर्णय लिया गया है।
एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष राजेंद्र सिंह भाटी और महासचिव शशांक कौरानी ने बताया कि प्रदेश के किसी भी पंप पर न तो बिक्री रहेगी और न ही डिपो से माल खरीदेंगे।
दरअसल, एसोसिएशन की ओर से वैट दरों को कम करने की मांग को लेकर दो दिन तक सांकेतिक हड़ताल की थी। साथ में चेतावनी दी थी कि यदि 14 सितंबर तक उनकी मांगें नहीं मानी गई तो वे अगले दिन यानी 15 सितंबर से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर जाएंगे।
एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारियों ने बताया कि इस सांकेतिक हड़ताल के बाद भी सरकार ने हठधर्मिता बनाए रखी और कोई सकारात्मक रुख नहीं अपनाया है। ऐसे में ये निर्णय लिया गया है।
हालांकि, जैसलमेर और अलवर में हड़ताल का असर नहीं होने से एसोसिएशन में फूट भी सामने आई है। इसके अलावा जोधपुर में भी कुछ पंप काम कर रहे हैं।
जोधपुर में रामदेवरा जातरूओं के लिए शुरू किया पंप
जोधपुर समेत अलवर और जैसलमेर में भी पेट्रोल-डीजल मिल रहा है। जोधपुर के पेट्रोल पंप संचालकों का कहना है कि इन दिनों रामदेवरा जाने वाले जातरूओं की काफी भीड़ है।
शहर के मेडिकल कॉलेज और 12वीं रोड स्थित पेट्रोल पंप संचालकों का कहना है कि ये जातरू बाइक से लंबी दूरी तय कर यहां पहुंच रहे हैं। और, जब पेट्रोल नहीं मिलता है तो परेशानी होती है।
इसलिए इन जातरूओं को मना नहीं किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा जो भी रिक्वेस्ट कर रहे हैं उन्हें भी पेट्रोल दिया जा रहा है।
जैसलमेर और अलवर में नहीं दिखा असर
जोधपुर के अलावा जैसलमेर और अलवर में भी इस हड़ताल का असर दूसरे दिन नहीं देखने को मिला। जैसलमेर के पेट्रोल पंप ऑपरेटर्स ने बताया कि ये रिमोट एरिया है और यहां एक दिन पहले बुधवार को सांकेतिक स्ट्राइक कर चुके हैं। अब जो लोग पेट्रोल-डीजल भरवाने आ रहे हैं, उन्हें मना नहीं कर रहे हैं।
वहीं अलवर में दूसरे दिन भी पंप ऑपरेटर्स ने बंद नहीं रखा है। यहां गुरुवार को भी शहर के सभी पंप पर पेट्रोल की बिक्री हो रही थी।
अलवर पेट्रोलियम डीलर एसोसिएशन के जिलाध्यक्ष हर्षवर्धन खेरिया का कहना है कि एसोसिएशन की मांगें अधिक तर्क संगत नहीं है। इस कारण से अलवर पेट्रोल डीलर एसोसिएशन इसमें शामिल नहीं है।
पहले अलवर एसोसिएशन की ओर से पेट्रोल-डीजल जीएसटी में शामिल करने की मांग को लेकर अलवर बंद किया जा चुका है । इसके अलावा संचालकों की ओर से कमीशन बढ़ाने की मांग की गई थी। इन कारणों के चलते अलवर में बंद नहीं है।

No consensus was reached on the second day of the strike
Indefinite strike from 6 am
Jaipur, @MaruSangram. In Rajasthan, 7 thousand petrol pumps of the state will be closed from 6 am on Friday. Petrol pump operators are going on indefinite strike.
The decision was taken after a meeting of the Rajasthan Petroleum Dealers Association on Thursday evening after there was no response from the government after a two-day symbolic strike on September 13 and 14.
Association President Rajendra Singh Bhati and General Secretary Shashank Kaurani said that there will be neither sale at any pump in the state nor purchase of goods from the depot.
In fact, the association had held a symbolic strike for two days demanding reduction in VAT rates. They also warned that if their demands were not met by 14th September, they would go on an indefinite strike from the next day i.e. 15th September.
Association officials said that even after this symbolic strike, the government maintained its stubbornness and has not adopted any positive stance. In such circumstances this decision has been taken.
However, due to lack of impact of the strike in Jaisalmer and Alwar, divisions have emerged in the association. Apart from this, some pumps are also working in Jodhpur.
Pump started for Ramdevra Jatru in Jodhpur
Petrol and diesel is available in Jodhpur and Alwar and Jaisalmer also. Petrol pump operators of Jodhpur say that these days there is a huge crowd of pilgrims going to Ramdevra.
The operators of the petrol pump located at the city’s Medical College and 12th Road say that these Jatrus are reaching here after covering long distances by bike. And, when petrol is not available then there is trouble.
Therefore these Jatras are not being refused. Apart from this, petrol is also being given to those who are requesting.
No effect seen in Jaisalmer and Alwar
Apart from Jodhpur, the effect of this strike was not visible on the second day in Jaisalmer and Alwar also. Petrol pump operators of Jaisalmer told that this is a remote area and they had conducted a symbolic strike here a day earlier on Wednesday. Now people who are coming to fill petrol and diesel are not being refused.
In Alwar, the pump operators have not remained closed for the second day as well. Even on Thursday, petrol was being sold at all the pumps in the city.
District President of Alwar Petroleum Dealers Association, Harshvardhan Kheria says that the demands of the association are not very logical. For this reason Alwar Petrol Dealers Association is not involved in it.
Earlier, Alwar Association has been closed due to the demand of including petrol and diesel in GST. Apart from this, there was a demand from the operators to increase the commission. Due to these reasons there is no closure in Alwar.
