उद्यमियों ने राजस्थान मिशन 2030 हेतु सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग को सौंपे सुझाव…..
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान प्रदेश को देश का विकसित राज्य बनाने की दिशा में राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा चलाए जा रहे राजस्थान मिशन 2030 हेतु बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया, बीकानेर व्यापार उद्योग मंडल अध्यक्ष मनमोहन कल्याणी, वीरेंद्र किराडू एवं रमेश अग्रवाल ने सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग को अपने सुझाव दिए।
सुझावों में बताया गया कि सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा बनाई जाने वाली सडकों को वाल टू वाल बनाया जाए। शहर के मुख्य मार्गों से जोड़ने के लिए वैकल्पिक मार्गों की व्यवस्था की जाए।
हाइवे पर जहां पशु की बहुतायत हो वहां फेंसिंग करवाई जाए। सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा बनाए जाने वाली सडकों की गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। सड़क बनाने से पूर्व अन्य विभागों से आपसी समन्वय होना आवश्यक है तथा सभी विभागों से अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त कर ही सडकों का निर्माण करवाया जाए।
गोगागेट से शिव वेली को जोड़ने वाली पशु चिकित्सालय के समीप की गली में सड़क निर्माण एवं डामरीकरण कर आवागमन हेतु मार्ग सुलभ करवाया जाए | सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा सड़क निर्माण से पूर्व नालियों का निर्माण करवाना आवश्यक है।
विद्युत विभाग, जलदाय विभाग, दूरसंचार विभाग एवं अन्य कम्युनिकेशन कंपनियों व औद्योगिक व वाणिज्यिक संस्थानों द्वारा जो रोड़ कट किया जाता है उसको तुरंत तैयार करवाया जाए।
पूरे बीकानेर में ड्रेनेज की समस्या से निजात दिलवाने हेतु सिविर लाइनें डलवाई जाए।
सड़क निर्माण के समय पूर्व में बनी सड़क को तोड़कर नई सड़क बनवाई जाए ताकि सड़क से आवासीय मकानों का लेवल पर इसका प्रभाव ना पड़े।

Among the suggestions, it was told that the roads built by the Public Works Department should be made wall-to-wall. Arrangements for alternative routes should be made to connect the main roads of the city.
Fencing should be done on the highway where there is abundance of animals. Special care should be taken of the quality of roads constructed by the Public Works Department. Before building a road, there should be mutual coordination with other departments and the construction of roads should be done only after obtaining no objection certificate from all the departments.
The road should be made accessible by construction and asphalting of the road near the veterinary hospital connecting Gogagate to Shiv Valley. It is necessary for the Public Works Department to construct drains before constructing the road.
The road cuts made by the Electricity Department, Water Supply Department, Telecommunication Department and other communication companies and industrial and commercial institutions should be prepared immediately.
To get rid of the drainage problem in entire Bikaner, sewer lines should be laid.
