हत्या के मामले में 8 को उम्र कैद:17 साल बाद आरोपियों मिली सजा; खेत में घुस कर की थी हत्या

न्यायालय ने 17 साल पुराने मामले में सजा सुनाई है। इसमें 8 आरोपियों को उम्र कैद की सजा दी गई।

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। हत्या के एक मामले में बीकानेर की अदालत ने 8 लोगों को आजीवन कारावास की सजा से दंडित किया है। हत्या 17 साल पहले हुई थी। इसी मामले में कुछ लोगों को बरी कर दिया गया है। एससी-एसटी कोर्ट के न्यायिक अधिकारी विनोद कुमार वाजा ने इस मामले में सजा सुनाई।

ये था मामला
1 फरवरी 2006 को श्रीडूंगरगढ़ के सोनियासर मिठिया बास में रामकरण, श्रवणराम, तीजा मेघवाल के खेत में कुछ लोगों ने हमला कर दिया था। इस हमले में रामकरण के शरीर पर गंभीर चोट आई और पीबीएम अस्पताल में इलाज के दौरान उसकी मौत हो गई।

एफआईआर में रेखाराम, जेठाराम, डेलूराम, दीपाराम, धन्नाराम, चीमादेवी, ईमादेवी, मनोहरलाल, रतिराम, चतराराम, देवाराम, घासीराम और सीताराम पर आरोप लगाए गए थे। इन्होंने अपने हाथों में गण्डासी, लाठी, बरछी, कुल्हाड़ी, जेई हथियारों से हमला किया था।

इस दौरान खेत में श्रवणराम, रामकरण, तीजा थी, इन पर जानलेवा हमला किया गया। जिसमें रामकरण गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। इलाज के दौरान उसकी मौत हो गई।

श्रवणराम व तीजादेवी के गंभीर चोटें आई। न्यायालय में इनके खिलाफ चालान पेश किया गया था। न्यायालय में भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 302 सहित 13 अलग-अलग अपराधों से जुड़ी धाराओं के तहत चालान पेश किया गया।

इसमें एससी-एसटी एक्ट भी लगाया गया था। न्यायालय के सामने सरकारी वकील कुंवर कुंदन व्यास ने पक्ष रखा था। कुल 30 गवाह के बयान करवाए गए। बचाव पक्ष की ओर से 3 गवाहों के बयान करवाए गए।

न्यायालय ने जेठाराम, डेलूराम, धन्नाराम, चीमादेवी, ईमादेवी, मनोहरलाल घासीराम व सीताराम को दोषी मानते हुए उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई। साथ ही अर्थदंड के रूप में दो हजार रुपए से दंडित किया गया है।

On February 1, 2006, some people attacked the fields of Ramkaran, Shravan Ram and Teeja Meghwal in Soniasar Mithiya Bass of Sridungargarh. In this attack, Ramkaran suffered serious injuries on his body and died during treatment at PBM Hospital.

Rekharam, Jetharam, Deluram, Deeparam, Dhannaram, Cheemadevi, Imadevi, Manoharlal, Ratiram, Chataram, Devaram, Ghasiram and Sitaram were accused in the FIR. He attacked with gandasi, lathi, spear, axe, je weapons in his hands.

During this time Shravanram, Ramkaran, Teeja were in the field, they were attacked with murder. In which Ramkaran was seriously injured. He died during treatment.

Shravanram and Teejadevi suffered serious injuries. A challan was presented against them in the court. The challan was presented in the court under sections related to 13 different offences, including section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

SC-ST Act was also imposed in this. Government lawyer Kunwar Kundan Vyas presented the case before the court. Statements of a total of 30 witnesses were taken. Statements of 3 witnesses were taken from the defense side.

The court convicted Jetharam, Deluram, Dhannaram, Cheemadevi, Imadevi, Manoharlal Ghasiram and Sitaram and sentenced them to life imprisonment. Along with this, he has been punished with two thousand rupees as a fine.
