जयपुर, @MaruSangram। फेसबुक फ्रेंड से पाकिस्तान मिलने पहुंची भिवाड़ी की अंजू रफाइल का अब निकाह का वीडियो सामने आया है।
वीडियो में निकाह के बाद वे पाकिस्तानी युवक के साथ सैरसपाटा करती नजर आ रही है। उसने अपना नाम भी बदलकर फातिमा रख लिया है। वहीं वीडियो आने के बाद अंजू का परिवार गुस्से में है।
अंजू के धोखे से खफा पति अरविंद अब बदले मूड में दिख रहा है। वह उस पर कानूनी कार्रवाई का विचार कर रहा है। अगर ऐसा हुआ तो पाकिस्तान से लौटने पर अंजू को जेल जाना पड़ सकता है।
दूसरी शादी नहीं कर सकतें
एडवोकेट उमाशंकर शर्मा ने बताया कि कोई भी महिला या पुरुष बिना तलाक के दूसरी शादी नहीं कर सकता। अगर वह एक शादी होने के बाद दूसरी करता है तो उसके खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज होने के बाद धारा 494 में सात सात जेल की सजा का प्रावधान है। साथ ही न्यायालय स्थिति अनुसार जुर्माना लगा सकता है।
पाकिस्तान से वापस आने पर अंजू के खिलाफ उसका पति मामला दर्ज करा सकता है। इस तरह उसके यहां आने पर जेल में जाना पड़ सकता है।
परिजनों की सलाह पर कार्रवाई करूंगा
अरविंद ने बताया कि उसे मीडिया के जरिए अंजू के धर्म परिवर्तन कर निकाह का पता चला है। उसने सोची समझी साजिश के तहत धोखा किया है। ऐसी औरत का विश्वास नहीं किया जा सकता। बिना तलाक के शादी नहीं की जा सकती। मैं जल्द ही परिजनों की सलाह लेकर उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई करूंगा। उसने मेरा और दो बच्चों का जीवन बर्बाद किया है।
पिता बोला-सनकी है बेटी
अंजू का पैतृक घर एमपी में ग्वालियर के बौना गांव में है। उसके पिता ग्याप्रसाद थॉमस का कहना है कि 20 साल पहले उसकी शादी भिवाड़ी में की थी। अंजू सनकी है। इसलिए उससे ताल्लुक नहीं रखता। अंजू के चाचा बीएसएफ में हवलदार हैं।

21 जुलाई को अंजू चोरी छिपे परिवार वालों का गुमराह कर जिस तरह पाकिस्तान पहुंची, उसके बाद उसने पहले बॉर्डर पार करने का वीडियो जारी किया। उसके बाद वहां पहुंचकर सिर्फ घूमने का उद्देश्य बताया। इसके बाद उसके प्रेमी ने सगाई और शादी करने की बात कही।
फिर अंजू ने शादी की खबरों का खंडन किया, इस तरह कहानी कभी उलझी तो कभी सुलझी हुई दिखी, लेकिन मंगलवार को कहानी में निकाह हो गया।
