पश्चिम बंगाल, @MaruSangram। मणिपुर संकट को लेकर केंद्र सरकार के खिलाफ अपना तीखा हमला जारी रखते हुए पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने कहा कि भाजपा की ‘बेटी बचाओ’ योजना अब ‘बेटी जलाओ’ में तबदील हो गई है।
ममता ने आश्चर्य जताया कि केंद्र ने मणिपुर में कभी केंद्रीय दल भेजने की जहमत क्यों नहीं उठाई, जहां जातीय हिंसा में अब तक 160 से अधिक लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है।
उन्होंने सवाल किया, “हम मणिपुर के साथ अपनी एकजुटता दर्शाना चाहते हैं। भाजपा ने पश्चिम बंगाल में (पंचायत चुनाव के बाद) कई केंद्रीय दल भेजे, लेकिन पूर्वोत्तर राज्य में कोई केंद्रीय दल क्यों नहीं भेजा गया ?” यहां पार्टी की वार्षिक ‘शहीद दिवस’ रैली को संबोधित करते हुए बनर्जी ने विपक्षी दलों के नवगठित गठबंधन ‘इंडिया’ के प्रति अपनी एकजुटता जाहिर की और कहा कि उनका मिशन भाजपा को सत्ता से बाहर करना है।

West Bengal, @MaruSangram. Continuing her scathing attack on the central government over the Manipur crisis, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said the BJP’s ‘Beti Bachao’ scheme has now turned into ‘Beti Jalao’.
Mamata wondered why the Center never bothered to send a central team to Manipur, where caste violence has claimed over 160 lives so far.
He asked, “We want to show our solidarity with Manipur. The BJP sent several central teams to West Bengal (after the panchayat polls), but why no central team to the northeastern state?” Addressing the party’s annual ‘Martyrs’ Day’ rally here, Banerjee expressed her solidarity with the newly formed alliance of opposition parties ‘India’ and said their mission was to oust the BJP from power.
