कार से कुचलकर पत्नी की हत्या, 16 साल पहले हुई थी शादी, पति फरार…..
जयपुर, @MaruSangram। राजधानी जयपुर के सांगानेर थाना क्षेत्र में महिला को कार से कुचल कर हत्या करने का मामला सामने आया है। मृतका के पिता ने महिला के पति पर कार से कुचलकर पत्नी की हत्या करने का आरोप लगाया है।
मृतका टीना के पिता रामजी लाल ने सांगानेर सदर थाना में आरोपी पति गणेश मीणा के खिलाफ हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है।
पुलिस ने बुधवार को मामला दर्ज करके जांच पड़ताल शुरू कर दी है। इस वारदात को बीते 17 जुलाई की देर रात अंजाम दिया गया है।
वारदात को अंजाम देने के बाद से ही पति फरार चल रहा है। फिलहाल पुलिस आरोपी पति की तलाश कर रही है। इस मामले की जांच सांगानेर सदर थाना अधिकारी पूरणमल यादव सौंपी गई है।
सांगानेर सदर थाना अधिकारी पूरणमल यादव के मुताबिक मृतक महिला के पिता रामजी लाल मीणा ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है। उसमें आरोप लगाया है कि मेरी बेटी की हत्या की गई है।
17 जुलाई 2023 को रात के समय करीब 10:30 बजे फोन आया था। फोन पर कहा गया था कि उसकी बेटी टीना की गाड़ी से एक्सीडेंट हो गया है, उसे लेकर अस्पताल जा रहे हैं, आप आ जाएं।
घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही हम बेटी के ससुराल पहुंच गए। वहां जाने पर पता चला कि उसका पति गणेश ने ही गाड़ी से उसको टक्कर मारी है। उसकी बेटी का पति गणेश उसे टक्कर मारकर मौके से फरार हो गया। जिससे उसकी बेटी की मौत हो गई।
पिता ने बताया कि टीना मीणा की शादी को 16 साल हो चुके हैं।
पुलिस ने मृतका के पिता की रिपोर्ट पर मामला दर्ज करके जांच पड़ताल शुरू कर दी है। मृतका के पति गणेश के खिलाफ धारा 302 के तहत हत्या का मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
महिला के शव का पोस्टमार्टम करवाकर परिजनों को सुपुर्द कर दिया गया है। पुलिस के मुताबिक मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए स्पेशल टीम गठित की गई है।
पुलिस की टीम घटनास्थल के आसपास लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे के फुटेज खंगाल रही है। सीसीटीवी फुटेज और आसपास के लोगों से पूछताछ करके मामले में साक्ष्य जुटाने का प्रयास कर रही है।
वहीं परिजनों के भी बयान दर्ज किए जाएंगे। फिलहाल पुलिस मामले की जांच पड़ताल कर रही है।

Ramji Lal, the father of the deceased Tina, has registered a case of murder against the accused husband Ganesh Meena at Sanganer Sadar police station.
The police have registered a case on Wednesday and started investigation. This incident has been carried out in the late night of 17th July.
The husband is absconding since the crime was committed. At present, the police is searching for the accused husband. The investigation of this matter has been handed over to Sanganer Sadar Police Station Officer Puranmal Yadav.
According to Sanganer Sadar Police Station Officer Puranmal Yadav, father of the deceased woman Ramji Lal Meena has lodged the report. He has alleged that my daughter has been murdered.
The call was received on 17 July 2023 at around 10:30 pm. It was told on the phone that his daughter Tina’s car has met with an accident, they are going to the hospital with her, you come.
As soon as we got information about the incident, we reached the daughter’s in-laws house. On going there, it was found that her husband Ganesh had hit her with the car. Her daughter’s husband Ganesh hit her and fled from the spot. Due to which his daughter died.
The father told that Tina Meena has been married for 16 years.
Police have started investigation by registering a case on the report of the father of the deceased. A case of murder under section 302 has been registered against Ganesh, the husband of the deceased.
Postmortem of the dead body of the woman has been done and handed over to the relatives. According to the police, considering the seriousness of the matter, a special team has been formed.
The police team is scanning the footage of CCTV cameras installed around the spot. Efforts are being made to collect evidence in the case by interrogating CCTV footage and people around.
At the same time the statements of the family members will also be recorded. Presently the police is probing the matter.
