बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान नर्सेज सयुक्त संघर्ष समिति के बैनर तले आज राज्यव्यापी आह्वान पर 20 जुलाई को तीसरे दिन पीबीएम अस्पताल स्थित गोल पार्क में अनिश्चित कालीन धरना जारी रहा।
आज का धरना संघर्ष समिति के आह्वान पर PBM अस्पताल के ट्रॉमा सेंटर के नर्सिंग अधीक्षक राजकुमार शर्मा के नेतृत्व राजेंद्र साहू, दीनदयाल, सुनिल वैष्णव, गजराज, भुवनेश सांखला, जगदीश कालवा, एकता, सुनिता, राजविंद्र कौर, पंकज विश्नोई, वीरेंद्र, निर्मल की टीम के साथ शुरू किया जिसमे बीकानेर जिले के नर्सेज कर्मियों ने भाग लिया।
वही आज धरना स्थल पर मेडिकल कॉलेज प्रधानाचार्य एवम नियंत्रक डॉ गुंजन सोनी पहुंचे और नर्सेज से बात की और उनके मांगपत्र को राज्य सरकार तक भिजवाने का आश्वासन दिया।
संघर्ष सयोजक श्रवण कुमार वर्मा ने बताया कि नर्सेज 11 सूत्री मांगों को लेकर संघर्षरत है जैसे वेतन विसंगति, संविदा नर्सेज का नियमितीकरण, नर्सिंग निदेशालय की स्थापना, प्राथमिक उपचार का अधिकार, कैडररिव्यू, समयबद पदोन्नति, नर्सिंग ट्यूटर एएनएम, एलएचवी का पदनाम परिवर्तन सहित अन्य मांगों को लेकर संघर्षरत हैं।
साथ ही उन्होंने ने बताया कि अब आगामी धरना आम नर्सेज की अगवाई में लगातार जारी रहेगा और कल दिनांक 21.7.23 को पीबीएम अस्पताल के जनाना अस्पताल के स्टाफ के नेतृत्व में लगेगा जिसमे जिले के नर्सेज भाग लेंगे।

Trauma center staff stage indefinite strike at PBM Hospital’s Gol Park
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Under the banner of Rajasthan Nurses Samyukt Sangharsh Samiti, the indefinite strike continued for the third day on July 20 at Gol Park located at PBM Hospital on a statewide call.
On the call of Sangharsh Samiti, today’s protest was started under the leadership of PBM Hospital’s Trauma Center Nursing Superintendent Rajkumar Sharma with a team of Rajendra Sahu, Deendayal, Sunil Vaishnav, Gajraj, Bhuvanesh Sankhla, Jagdish Kalwa, Ekta, Sunita, Rajwinder Kaur, Pankaj Vishnoi, Virendra, Nirmal in which nurses from Bikaner district participated.
The same Medical College Principal and Controller Dr. Gunjan Soni reached the picket site today and talked to the nurses and assured to send their demand letter to the state government.
Struggle organizer Shravan Kumar Verma said that the nurses are struggling for 11-point demands such as pay discrepancy, regularization of contract nurses, establishment of Nursing Directorate, right to first aid, cadre review, timely promotion, nursing tutor ANM, change of designation of LHV and other demands.
At the same time, he told that now the upcoming picketing will continue under the leadership of common nurses and tomorrow on 21.7.23, it will be held under the leadership of the staff of Zanana Hospital of PBM Hospital, in which nurses of the district will participate.
