विश्व युवा कौशल दिवस पर संवाद कार्यक्रम
परिवर्तनकारी भविष्य के लिए युवाओं को हाथ के हुनर में होना होगा कुशल: भार्गव
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। ‘परिवर्तनकारी भविष्य के लिए शिक्षकों, प्रशिक्षकों और युवाओं को हाथ के हुनर में हमें हर संभव कुशल बनाना ही होगा। ये उद्बोधन कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमिता मंत्रालय भारत सरकार द्वारा संचालित जन शिक्षण संस्थान, बीकानेर के अध्यक्ष अविनाश भार्गव ने विश्व युवा दिवस पर संस्थान में आयोजित एक संवाद कार्यक्रम में कहे। भार्गव ने कहा कि संस्थान युवाओं को रोजगार, काम और उद्यमिता के लिये आवश्यक कौशल प्रदान करता है।
आज के दिन उद्देश्य युवाओं को अधिक से अधिक कौशल विकास के प्रति जागरूक करना है। जिससे वह बेहतर अवसरों की तलाश कर रोजगार प्राप्त कर सकें।
संस्थान के सहायक कार्यक्रम अधिकारी उमाशंकर आचार्य ने कहा कि दुनियाभर में युवाओं के बीच बेरोजगारी की चुनौतियों को कम करने के लिए और साथ ही उन्हें कौशल बनाने के प्रति जागरूकता फैलाने की मांग को देखते हुए ही विश्व युवा कौशल दिवस अस्तित्व में आया। श्रीलंका की पहल पर संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा द्वारा 11 नवंबर 2014 को यह दिवस मनाने की घोषणा की गई। इस तरह पहली बार 15 जुलाई को विश्व युवा कौशल दिवस मनाया गया। तब से लेकर आज तक इसे हर साल 15 जुलाई को मनाया जाता है।
संस्थान के लेखाकार लक्ष्मीनारायण चूरा ने कहा कि विश्व युवा कौशल दिवस कार्यक्रमों ने युवाओं, तकनीकी और व्यावसायिक शिक्षा और प्रशिक्षण (टीवीईटी) संस्थानों, फर्मों, नियोक्ताओं और श्रमिकों के संगठनों, नीति निर्माताओं और विकास भागीदारों के बीच संवाद का एक अनूठा अवसर प्रदान किया है।
इस मौके पर श्रीमोहन आचार्य, विष्णुदत्त मारू, खुशबू भाटी, आशा, योगिता, संगीता, सुनैना, गुड़िया, द्रौपदी, पूजा, नर्मदा, ममता, किरण, दुर्गा, नजमा आदि उपस्थित थी।

Dialogue program on World Youth Skills Day
Youth will have to be skilled in hand skills for a transformative future: Bhargava
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. “For a transformative future, we must make teachers, trainers and youth as skilled as possible in the skills at hand. These remarks were given by Avinash Bhargava, President of Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Bikaner, run by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, in a dialogue program organized in the institute on World Youth Day. Bhargava said that the institute provides necessary skills to the youth for employment, work and entrepreneurship.
The aim of this day is to make the youth aware of maximum skill development. So that they can get employment by looking for better opportunities.
Institute’s Assistant Program Officer Umashankar Acharya said that the World Youth Skills Day came into being in view of the demand to spread awareness among the youth across the world to reduce the challenges of unemployment as well as skilling them. On the initiative of Sri Lanka, the United Nations General Assembly announced to celebrate this day on 11 November 2014. In this way, for the first time, World Youth Skills Day was celebrated on 15 July. Since then till today it is celebrated every year on 15th July.
Institute of Accountant Lakshminarayan Chura said the World Youth Skills Day events provided a unique opportunity for dialogue between youth, technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institutions, firms, employers’ and workers’ organisations, policy makers and development partners .
Shrimohan Acharya, Vishnudatta Maru, Khushbu Bhati, Asha, Yogita, Sangeeta, Sunaina, Gudiya, Draupadi, Pooja, Narmada, Mamta, Kiran, Durga, Najma etc were present on this occasion.
