जबरन धर्म परिवर्तन के मामले में CBI ने जबरदस्त एक्शन लेते हुए सात लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज….
पश्चिम बंगाल, @MaruSangram। हाई कोर्ट ने दो बहनों की रिट याचिका के बाद मामले के जांच का आदेश दिया था जिन्होंने दावा किया था कि उनके पतियों को जबरदस्ती हिंदू धर्म से इस्लाम धर्म कबूल करवा दिया था।
कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट के आदेशों के तहत सेंट्रल ब्यूरो ऑफ़ इन्वेस्टीगेशन यानी (CBI) ने पश्चिम बंगाल के मालदा जिले में जबरन धर्म परिवर्तन के करने के आरोप में सात लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की है।
बता दें कि हाई कोर्ट ने दो बहनों द्वारा दायर की गई रिट याचिका के बाद संपूर्ण जांच का आदेश दिया, जिसमें दावा किया गया था कि दोनों बहनों के पतियों जिनका नाम बुद्ध मंडल और गौरंगा मंडल है उनको एक विशेष राजनीतिक दल के लिए काम करने की सजा के रूप में जबरन हिंदू धर्म से इस्लाम में कन्वर्ट करा दिया था। कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद इसकी गहन जांच की गई, और इसी जांच के आधार पर 7 लोगों पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है।
कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद दर्ज हुई थी प्राथमिकी
इस मामले पर दोनों बहनों का कहना था कि उनके पति 24 नवंबर, 2021 से लापता हैं, लेकिन पुलिस को सूचित करने के बाद भी मामले में कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई। लेकिन पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने बिना कोई जांच के बताया दिया कि दोनों भाइयों ने अपनी मर्जी से इस्लाम धर्म अपना लिया था और पारिवारिक विवाद के कारण उन्होंने घर छोड़ दिया था।
हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद CBI ने 20 फरवरी को शुरूआती जांच दर्ज की। जिसके बाद मई में अदालत को एक रिपोर्ट सौंपी गई, फिर उसने 6 जून को FIR दर्ज करने का आदेश दिए। जिसके बाद आदेश को मानते हुए, एजेंसी ने मालदा के सभी निवासी जिनका नाम खुर्शीद सेख, नाजू सेख, बरकट्टी सेख, हबीब सेख, रबीउल सेख, मुक्तदुल सेख और टीनू सेख और अन्य अज्ञात व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया।
बता दें कि पारबती मंडल के पति बुद्ध मंडल अनपढ़ थे और गौरांग मंडल ने कक्षा 5 तक पढ़ाई की थी।

West Bengal, @MaruSangram. The High Court had ordered an inquiry into the matter following a writ petition by two sisters who claimed that their husbands were forced to convert from Hinduism to Islam.
Under the orders of the Calcutta High Court, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered an FIR against seven people for forcible conversions in Malda district of West Bengal.
Explain that the High Court ordered a thorough investigation following a writ petition filed by two sisters, claiming that the husbands of both the sisters, namely Buddha Mandal and Gauranga Mandal, were forced to work for a particular political party. As a punishment, he was forcibly converted from Hinduism to Islam. After the order of the court, it was thoroughly investigated, and on the basis of this investigation, an FIR has been lodged against 7 people.
The FIR was registered after the court’s order
On this matter, both the sisters said that their husbands were missing since November 24, 2021, but no action was taken in the matter even after informing the police. But the West Bengal government, without any investigation, told that both the brothers had converted to Islam of their own free will and had left the house due to a family dispute.
Following the order of the High Court, the CBI registered a preliminary inquiry on February 20. After which a report was submitted to the court in May, then it ordered registration of FIR on 6 June. Following which, following the order, the agency registered a case against all residents of Malda namely Khurshid Sekh, Naju Sekh, Barkatti Sekh, Habib Sekh, Rabiul Sekh, Muktdul Sekh and Tinu Sekh and other unknown persons.
Please tell that Parbati Mandal’s husband Buddha Mandal was illiterate and Gaurang Mandal had studied till class 5.
