राहुल गांधी को गुजरात हाई कोर्ट से झटका मानहानि मामले में सजा पर रोक की याचिका खारिज…..

नई दिल्ली, @MaruSangram। सूरत, राहुल गांधी को गुजरात हाई कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा है। मोदी सरनेम को लेकर मानहानि मामले में मिली सजा पर रोक वाली याचिका खारिज कर दी गई है। राहुल को निचली अदालत ने दो साल की सजा सुनाई थी।

ट्रायल कोर्ट के आदेश को बताया सही:

गुजरात हाई कोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि ट्रायल कोर्ट का दोषी ठहराने का आदेश उचित है, उक्त आदेश में हस्तक्षेप करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि राहुल के इस आवेदन को माना नहीं जा सकता, इसलिए इसे खारिज किया जाता है। कोर्ट ने आगे कहा कि राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ कम से कम 10 आपराधिक मामले लंबित हैं।

दोषी ठहराए जाने के बाद गई थी संसद सदस्यता:

राहुल गांधी को सूरत की जिला अदालत ने मानहानी मामले में दो साल की सजा सुनाई थी, जिसके बाद उनकी संसद सदस्यता भी चली गई थी।

कोर्ट ने नहीं दी थी अंतरिम राहत:

मई में भी कोर्ट ने राहुल गांधी को राहत देने से मना कर दिया था। कोर्ट ने कहा था कि ग्रीष्मकालीन अवकाश के बाद अंतिम आदेश पारित करेंगे।.

Gujarat High Court dismisses Rahul Gandhi’s plea to stay sentence in defamation case

New Delhi, @MaruSangram. Surat, Rahul Gandhi has got a big blow from the Gujarat High Court. The petition seeking a stay on the conviction in the defamation case regarding the Modi surname has been dismissed. Rahul was sentenced to two years by the lower court.

Corrected the order of the trial court:

The Gujarat High Court said in its order that the order of conviction of the trial court is proper, there is no need to interfere with the said order. The court said that this application of Rahul cannot be accepted, hence it is rejected. The court further said that there are at least 10 criminal cases pending against Rahul Gandhi.

Parliament membership went after conviction:

Rahul Gandhi was sentenced to two years in a defamation case by the Surat district court, after which he lost his membership of Parliament.

Court did not give interim relief:

Even in May, the court refused to give relief to Rahul Gandhi. The court had said that it will pass the final order after the summer vacation.
