कब से शुरू हो रहा है सावन
हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार, इस बार सावन का महीना करीब 2 महीने का होने वाला है। सावन मास की शुरुआत 4 जुलाई 2023 से होगी और 31 अगस्त 2023 तक रहेगा। यानी इस बार भक्तों को भगवान शिव की उपासना के लिए कुल 58 दिन मिलने वाले हैं। कहा जाता है कि यह शुभ संयोग 19 साल बाद बना है।
दरअसल, इस बार 18 जुलाई से 16 अगस्त तक सावन अधिकमास रहने वाला है। यानी इस बार 18 जुलाई से 16 अगस्त तक मलमास रहेगा। यानी इस बार सावन में भगवान शिव के साथ साथ भगवान विष्णु की भी कृपा प्राप्त होगी।
बता दें कि वैदिन पंचांग की गणना सौर मास और चंद्रमास के आधार पर की जाती है। चंद्रमास 354 दिनों का होता है। और सौर मास 365 दिन का। ऐसे में 11 दिन का अंतर आता है और 3 साल के अंदर यह अंतर 33 दिन का हो जाता है। जिसे अधिकमास कहा जाता है। इस बार सावन एक की बजाय दो महीना का होने वाला है। यानी इस बार भोलेनाथ के भक्तों को उनकी उपासना करने के लिए 8 सोमवार मिलेंगे।
सावन सोमवार का महत्व
कहा जाता है कि जो व्यक्ति सावन के सोमवार का व्रत करता है उसके वैवाहिक जीवन में खुशहाली बनी रहती है साथ ही जीवन में सुख समृद्धि की कमी भी नहीं रहती है। सावन के महीने में भगवान शिव पर धतूरा, बेलपत्र चावल चंदन, शहद आदि जरूर चढ़ाना चाहिए। सावन के महीने में की गई पूजा से भगवान शिव जल्दी प्रसन्न होते हैं। इसके अलावा सावन के सोमवार का व्रत करने से कुंडली में चंद्रमा की स्थिति मजबूत होती है। साथ ही आपका स्वास्थ्य भी अच्छा रहता है।
