राजधानी में 13 वर्षीय नाबालिग छात्रा के साथ एक दिन में दो जगह गैंगरेप, 4 नाबालिगों को पकड़ा….
दिल्ली, @MaruSangram। देश की राजधानी दिल्ली एक बार फिर शर्मसार हो गई। यहां के स्वरूप नगर इलाके में 13 साल की छात्रा से सात महीने में दो बार गैंगरेप किए जाने का मामला सामने आया है।
पीड़िता ने आठ लोगों पर गैंगरेप करने का आरोप लगाया था। लड़की की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने दो अलग-अलग एफआईआर दर्ज कर चार नाबालिगों को पकड़ा है।
पीड़ित लड़की 8वीं क्लास में पढ़ती है और उसका परिवार स्वरूप नगर इलाके में रहता है। 23 जून की शाम करीब सात बजे वह अपनी सहेली के घर जा रही थी। सुनसान इलाके में दो बदमाशों ने उसे रोक लिया और जान से मारने की धमकी देकर उसके साथ गैंगरेप किया।
करीब चार घंटे बाद बदमाशों के चंगुल से छूटकर किशोरी अपने घर जा रही थी, तभी रास्ते में मिले तीन और युवक उसे एक मकान में ले गए। जहां उन तीनों ने भी उसके साथ गैंगरेप करने के बाद किशोरी को रात में करीब तीन बजे इलाके में छोड़ दिया।
जब पीड़िता घर पहुंची तो परिजनों को पूरी घटना की जानकारी दी।
जांच से जुड़े पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि 24 जून को पीड़िता की शिकायत पर गैंगरेप, कुकर्म, पॉक्सो एक्ट, अपहरण और बंधक बनाने की धारा में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। 29 जून को पीड़िता का बयान मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने कराया गया।

Delhi, @MaruSangram. The country’s capital Delhi has once again been put to shame. A case of gangrape of a 13-year-old girl student twice in seven months has come to light in Swaroop Nagar area here.
The victim had accused eight people of gang-raping her. On the complaint of the girl, the police have registered two separate FIRs and arrested four minors.
The victim girl studies in class 8 and her family lives in Swaroop Nagar area. She was going to her friend’s house at around seven in the evening of 23 June. Two miscreants stopped her in a deserted area and gang-raped her after threatening to kill her.
After about four hours, after getting out of the clutches of the miscreants, the girl was going to her home, when three more youths met on the way took her to a house. Where those three also left the teenager in the area at around 3 in the night after gang-raping her.
When the victim reached home, the family members were informed about the entire incident.
The police officer associated with the investigation said that on June 24, on the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered under sections of gangrape, misdemeanor, POCSO Act, kidnapping and hostage-taking. On June 29, the victim’s statement was made before the magistrate.
