निःशुल्क यूनिफॉर्म के लिए 230 करोड़ रुपए स्वीकृत

जयपुर, @MaruSangram। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत अस्वस्थ है और पैर में फैक्चर के कारण बेड रेस्ट पर है। इसके बावजूद वे जनहित से जुड़े फैसलों पर लगातार मुहर लगा रहे है।

मुख्यमंत्री गहलोत ने आज पांच बड़े फैसलों पर मुहर लगाई। गहलोत ने विद्यार्थियों को निःशुल्क यूनिफॉर्म के लिए 230 करोड़ रुपए स्वीकृत कर दिए और साथ ही आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों के विकास के लिए 22.40 करोड़ रुपए देने पर मुहर लगा दी।

मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने अहम फैसला करते हुए प्रदेश में राजकीय विद्यालयों के कक्षा 8 तक के विद्यार्थियों को निःशुल्क स्कूल यूनिफॉर्म उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए 230 करोड़ रुपए के वित्तीय प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति दी है।

इस निर्णय से प्रदेश के राजकीय विद्यालयों में अध्ययनरत 8वीं कक्षा तक के सभी विद्यार्थी निःशुल्क यूनिफॉर्म प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। इससे विद्यार्थियों को नए सत्र में यूनिफॉर्म खरीदने की चिंता से मुक्ति मिलेगी तथा उनके परिवारों पर आर्थिक भार कम होगा।

गहलोत ने आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों के विकास व नवीन भवनों के निर्माण के लिए 22.40 करोड़ रूपए की भी मंजूरी दे दी। इस राशि में से 13.40 करोड़ रुपए आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों में पेयजल उपलब्ध करवाने तथा अन्य विकास कार्यों के लिए स्वीकृत किए गए हैं। वहीं 9 करोड़ रुपए आंगनबाड़ी भवनों के निर्माण पर खर्च किए जाएंगे। इस निर्णय से आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों पर कार्यरत कार्मिकों और बच्चों को बेहतर सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो पाएगी।

जयपुर की पुरानी विधानसभा में बने रहे सवाई मानसिंह टाउन हॉल संग्रहालय के संचालन के लिए मुख्यमंत्री ने 27 नवीन पदों के सृजन के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी है।

संग्रहालय के संचालन के लिए संग्रहाध्यक्ष तथा लिपिक ग्रेड-प्रथम के दो-दो, लिपिक ग्रेड-द्वितीय के 3 एवं चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारी के 20 पद सहित कुल 27 पदों का सृजन किया जाएगा। गहलोत ने सवाई मानसिंह टाउन हॉल संग्रहालय को धरोहर संग्रहालय के रूप में विकसित करने की घोषणा की थी।

नए पदों के सृजन से संग्रहालय का उत्कृष्ट विकास एवं रख-रखाव हो सकेगा। हाल ही मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने टाउन हॉल पहुंचकर वहां चल रहे निर्माण कार्यों का जायजा लिया था।

मुख्यमंत्री गहलोत ने मृतक राज्य कर्मचारियों के परिजनों की भी सुध ली है। मुख्यमंत्री गहलोत ने अनुकम्पा नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन के 21 प्रकरणों में शिथिलता प्रदान की है। इस संवेदनशील निर्णय से मृतक आश्रित परिवारों को संबल मिल सकेगा।

गहलोत ने कार्मिक की मृत्यु उपरान्त निर्धारित अवधि निकलने के बाद बालिग होने के उपरांत 3 वर्ष तक की विलम्ब अवधि में शिथिलन के 13 प्रकरण तथा आवेदक के 18 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण नहीं करने के 5 प्रकरण तथा आवेदक की आयु 40 वर्ष से अधिक होने के 3 प्रकरणों में सहानुभूतिपूर्वक विचार करते हुए यह शिथिलता दी है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा बीते करीब 4 साल में अनुकम्पा नियुक्ति के 1354 प्रकरणों में शिथिलता प्रदान कर आवेदकों को राहत प्रदान की जा चुकी है। इस अवधि में 3800 मृतक आश्रितों को अनुकम्पा नियुक्तियां भी दी गई हैं।

एक अन्य अहम फैसले में सीएम ने अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक एडीएफ का मुख्यालय भरतपुर से बयाना स्थानान्तरित करने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी है।

वर्तमान में अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक दस्यु उन्मूलन बल (एडीएफ) कार्यालय जिला मुख्यालय भरतपुर स्थित है। इसके अधीन वृत्त बयाना और नया वृत्त रूपवास आने से कार्यक्षेत्र मुख्यालय से दूर हो जाता है। ऐसी स्थिति में कार्यालय को बयाना स्थानांतरित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।

Rs 230 crore approved for free uniform

Jaipur, @MaruSangram. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is unwell and is on bed rest due to a fracture in his leg. Despite this, they are continuously stamping the decisions related to public interest.

Chief Minister Gehlot approved five major decisions today. Gehlot approved Rs 230 crore for free uniforms to the students and also approved Rs 22.40 crore for the development of Anganwadi centres.

Taking an important decision, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved a financial proposal of Rs 230 crore to provide free school uniforms to the students of government schools up to class 8 in the state.

With this decision, all the students studying in government schools of the state up to class 8 will be able to get free uniforms. With this, the students will be relieved from the worry of buying uniforms in the new session and the financial burden on their families will be reduced.

Gehlot also approved Rs 22.40 crore for the development of Anganwadi centers and construction of new buildings. Out of this amount, Rs 13.40 crore has been approved for providing drinking water in Anganwadi centers and for other development works. And Rs 9 crore will be spent on the construction of Anganwadi buildings. With this decision, better facilities will be available to the workers and children working at Anganwadi centers.

The Chief Minister has approved the proposal for creation of 27 new posts for the operation of the Sawai Mansingh Town Hall Museum in the old Vidhansabha of Jaipur.

A total of 27 posts will be created for the operation of the museum, including two each for curator and clerical grade-I, 3 for clerical grade-II and 20 posts for class-IV employees. Gehlot had announced to develop the Sawai Mansingh Town Hall Museum as a heritage museum.

With the creation of new posts, excellent development and maintenance of the museum will be possible. Recently, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot visited the town hall and took stock of the construction works going on there.

Chief Minister Gehlot has also taken care of the families of the deceased state employees. Chief Minister Gehlot has given relaxation in 21 cases of application for compassionate appointment. This sensitive decision will provide strength to the dependent families of the deceased.

Gehlot pointed out 13 cases of relaxation in the delay period of up to 3 years after the death of the personnel and 5 cases of the applicant not completing the age of 18 years and 3 cases of the applicant being more than 40 years of age after attaining majority. This relaxation has been given considering the cases sympathetically.

It is notable that the Chief Minister has given relief to the applicants by giving relaxation in 1354 cases of compassionate appointments in the last 4 years. Compassionate appointments have also been given to 3800 deceased dependents during this period.

In another important decision, the CM has approved the proposal to transfer the headquarters of Additional Superintendent of Police ADF from Bharatpur to Bayana.

At present the Additional Superintendent of Police Bandit Eradication Force (ADF) office is situated at the district headquarter Bharatpur. Under this, the work area gets away from the headquarter due to the formation of the new circle. In such a situation, it has been decided to transfer the office in earnest.
