एक माह में 3,743 किलोग्राम खराब खाद्य पदार्थों को मौके पर करवाया नष्ट

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध अभियान में जिले ने लगातार दूसरे माह में प्रदेश में पहला स्थान प्राप्त किया है। जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल के निर्देशन में आमजन को शुद्ध और सुरक्षित खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध करवाने के उद्देश्य से सतत कार्यवाहियां की जा रही हैं। अब राज्य सरकार द्वारा इसे फ्लैगशिप योजनाओं की सूची में भी शामिल किया गया है।

सीएमएचओ डॉ मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार ने बताया कि मई माह में 17 मानकों पर जिले को कुल 570 अंक प्राप्त हुए हैं जबकि दूसरे स्थान पर रहे अलवर जिले को 517 व सीकर जिले को 516 अंक मिले हैं।

मई मे खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों द्वारा 20 के लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध 95 खाद्य नमूने एकत्र किए गए जिनमें से 16 नमूने फेल हुए तथा कुल 3,743 किलोग्राम खराब खाद्य पदार्थों को मौके पर नष्ट करवाया गया जो पूरे राज्य में सर्वाधिक रहा। ईट राइट इंडिया अभियान के अंतर्गत 22 स्थानों पर शुद्ध खाद्य को लेकर जागरूकता व समझाईश की गतिविधियां आयोजित की गई।

बीकानेर जिले के प्रिंट मीडिया, ऑनलाइन मीडिया तथा सोशल मीडिया पर भी शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध की गतिविधियां छाई रही जिसके लिए भी जिले को पूरे अंक प्राप्त हुए।

ये कार्यवाहियां रही विशेष
खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी भानु प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि मई माह में ढाबा रेस्टोरेंट्स के निरीक्षण का विशेष अभियान चलाया गया।

बम्बलू गांव में व्हे परमिएट पाउडर मिलाकर दूध तैयार करने वालों पर कार्यवाही उल्लेखनीय रही जहां 1,600 लीटर दूध नष्ट करवाया तथा व्हे परमिएट पाउडर के 65 कट्टे सीज किए। इसके अलावा नोखा में आइसक्रीम फैक्ट्री पर तथा मिठाई की फैक्ट्री पर कार्यवाही विशेष रही।

खाजूवाला मुख्य बाजार में ब्लॉक सीएमओ डॉ मुकेश मीणा के साथ कार्यवाहियों ने शुद्ध खाद्य के लिए अच्छा माहौल बनाया।

जिला खाद्य प्रकोष्ठ में इनका रहा योगदान
जिले को शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध योजना में प्रथम स्थान दिलाने में जिले के चार खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों भानु प्रताप सिंह, सुरेंद्र कुमार, श्रवण वर्मा तथा राकेश गोदारा के साथ-साथ बैक ऑफिस टीम के महेश रंगा, गणेश आचार्य, गणेश रंगा व सुखदेव का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा।

3,743 kg of spoiled food got destroyed on the spot in a month

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The district has secured the first position in the state for the second consecutive month in the war campaign for cleanliness. Under the direction of District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal, continuous actions are being taken with the aim of providing pure and safe food items to the general public. Now it has also been included in the list of flagship schemes by the state government.

CMHO Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar said that in the month of May, the district has got a total of 570 marks on 17 parameters, while Alwar district has got 517 marks and Sikar district has got 516 marks in second place.

Against the target of 20, 95 food samples were collected by the food safety officers in May, out of which 16 samples failed and a total of 3,743 kg of spoiled food was destroyed on the spot, which was the highest in the entire state. Under the Eat Right India campaign, awareness and counseling activities regarding pure food were organized at 22 places.

In the print media, online media and social media of Bikaner district, the activities of the war for cleanliness dominated, for which the district got full marks.

These proceedings have been special
Food Safety Officer Bhanu Pratap Singh said that a special campaign for inspection of Dhaba restaurants was launched in the month of May.

Remarkable was the action taken against those who prepared milk mixed with whey permeate powder in Bambalu village, where 1,600 liters of milk was destroyed and 65 cases of whey permeate powder were seized. Apart from this, the action taken on the ice cream factory and the sweet factory in Nokha was special.

The proceedings in Khajuwala main market along with Block CMO Dr. Mukesh Meena created a good environment for pure food.
