जयपुर, @MaruSangram। रक्षाबंधन के मौके पर मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत महिलाओं को स्मार्टफोन और 3 साल तक इंटरनेट फ्री देने के वादे को पूरा करने और टेंडर करने में भ्रष्टाचार का आरोप ना लगे। ऐसे में सीएम गहलोत ने महिलाओं को अपना पसंदीदा स्मार्टफोन खरीदने के लिए नगद राशि देने का फैसला किया है।

शुक्रवार को सीकर जिले के खंडेला विधानसभा क्षेत्र के हौद गांव में महंगाई राहत शिविर में सीएम गहलोत ने यह संकेत दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि स्मार्टफोन खरीदने को लेकर टेंडर में विभिन्न प्रकार की परेशानियां आ रही है। एक ब्रांड के स्मार्टफोन खरीदने पर सरकार पर प्रतिपक्ष आरोप भी लगा सकता है। इन सब आरोप से बचने के लिए सीएम गहलोत ने नकद राशि देने का मन बनाया है। यह राशि कितनी होगी अभी तय नहीं हो पाई है। लेकिन यह तो तय माना जा रहा है कि जो महिला नया स्मार्टफोन खरीदेगी उसे सरकार भरपाई करने के लिए राशि का भुगतान सीधे खाते में करेगी।

सीएम गहलोत के सामने अब समस्या यह आ रही है कि उसे कौन सा फोन खरीदना है कितना पैसा वापस मिलेगा इसको लेकर निश्चित तौर पर विवाद हो सकता है।

अब चाहे कुछ भी हो लेकिन सीएम गहलोत ने चुनाव से पहले महिलाओं को स्मार्टफोन का तोहफा देने की जो घोषणा की है उसे पूरी करने का यह नया तरीका निकाला है। पहले चरण में 40 लाख स्मार्टफोन देने की योजना बनाई है। जिस प्रकार से सीएम गहलोत ने महिलाओं को ₹ 500 में सिलेंडर देने का जो वादा किया था उसकी पहली किस्त ₹60 करोड़ सीधे लाभार्थी महिला के खाते में डाली गई।

हाल ही में किसानों के दुधारू पशुओं को लंपी बीमारी हुई मौत का मुआवजा ₹160 करोड की राशि सीधे खातों में हस्तांतरित करने का काम करने के बाद सीएम गहलोत ने महिलाओं को स्मार्टफोन का भुगतान भी एक साथ कर नया संदेश देने का काम का मन बना लिया है।

प्रदेश में ईडी की जांच चल रही है इस बीच महिलाओं को स्मार्टफोन का नगद भुगतान उनके खातों में करने की बात कहकर सीएम गहलोत ने यह जता दिया है कि सरकार स्मार्टफोन खरीदने के टेंडर कमीशन लेने के आरोप से दूर रहना चाहती है।

विपक्ष अब सरकार और उनके अधिकारियों पर किसी भी तरह का लांछन नहीं लगा पाएंगे।

यही कारण है कि महिलाओं को नया स्मार्टफोन खरीदने का भुगतान सीधे खातों में करने की रणनीति पर सरकार के अधिकारियों ने काम शुरू कर दिया है।
