बीकानेर: घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर का अवैध व्यापार, भंडारण और रिफिलिंग, अब तक 79 गैस सिलेण्डर जब्त, कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी….
गत दो माह में 79 गैस सिलेण्डर जब्त
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। घरेलू गैस सिलेण्डर के अवैध उपयोग, रिफिलिंग एवं भण्डारण के विरूद्ध जिले में सघन कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
संभागीय आयुक्त डॉ. नीरज के. पवन ने बताया कि जिले में 14 मार्च से अब तक रसद विभाग की टीमों ने विभिन्न स्थानों पर औचक छापेमारी की।
इस दौरान 79 घरेलू गैस सिलेण्डर, 14 कॉर्मशियल गैस सिलेण्डर, 13 इलेक्ट्रिक मोटर तथा 9 इलेक्ट्रिक कांटे जब्त किए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि भविष्य में भी जिले में यह कार्यवाही जारी रहेगी।
अब तक हुई यह प्रमुख कार्यवाहियां
संभागीय आयुक्त ने बताया कि 17 अप्रैल को नोखा रोड पर कार्यवाही करते हुए 28 घरेलू सिलेण्डर, 4 कॉर्मशियल गैस सिलेण्डर, 3 इलेक्ट्रिक मोटर एवं 2 इलेक्ट्रिक कांटे जब्त किए गए।
इसी प्रकार 1 मई को सुजानदेसर क्षेत्र में 8 घरेलू सिलेण्डर, 9 कॉर्मशियल गैस सिलेण्डर तथा 2 इलेक्ट्रिक मोटर जब्त किए गए। वहीं हाल ही में 23 मई को छापेमारी के दौरान नत्थूसर गेट क्षेत्र में 30 घरेलू सिलेण्डर, 2 इलेक्ट्रिक मोटर तथा 2 इलेक्ट्रिक कांटे जब्त किए गए।
संभागीय आयुक्त ने सख्त हिदायत दी है कि कोई भी घरेलू गैस सिलेण्डर का अवैध उपयोग एवं भण्डारण नहीं करे। ऐसा पाए जाने पर संबंधित के विरूद्ध कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
उन्होंने रसद अधिकारी को इसकी नियमित समीक्षा करने तथा सतत छापेमारी की कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
उन्होंने कहा अवैध उपयोग पाए जाने पर सिलेंडर जब्त करते हुए संबंधित के विरूद्ध एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई जाए।

79 gas cylinders seized in last two months
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Intensive action is being taken in the district against illegal use, refilling and storage of domestic gas cylinders.
Divisional Commissioner Dr. Neeraj K. Pawan told that from March 14 till now, the teams of the Logistics Department conducted surprise raids at various places in the district.
During this, 79 domestic gas cylinders, 14 commercial gas cylinders, 13 electric motors and 9 electric forks have been seized. He told that this action will continue in the district in future also.
Major actions taken so far
The Divisional Commissioner said that while taking action on Nokha Road on April 17, 28 domestic cylinders, 4 commercial gas cylinders, 3 electric motors and 2 electric forks were seized.
Similarly, on May 1, 8 domestic cylinders, 9 commercial gas cylinders and 2 electric motors were seized in Sujandesar area. And recently, during the raid on May 23, 30 domestic cylinders, 2 electric motors and 2 electric forks were seized in Natthusar Gate area.
The Divisional Commissioner has given strict instructions that no one should use and store illegal domestic gas cylinders. If found so, legal action will be taken against the concerned.
He has instructed the logistics officer to review it regularly and to conduct continuous raids.
He said that if illegal use is found, an FIR should be lodged against the concerned while confiscating the cylinders.
