7 वर्षीय मासूम की 28 साल के युवक से शादी: दुल्हन के मेकअप में मोबाइल पर गेम खेलती मिली; घरवालों ने 4.50 लाख में बेचा….
धौलपुर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान में 7 साल की मासूम को 4.50 लाख रुपए में खरीदकर उसकी शादी 28 साल के युवक के साथ करा दी गई।
सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस खेतों में बने आरोपियों के मकान पर पहुंची तो वहां दुल्हन की तरह सजी बच्ची मिली जो मोबाइल पर गेम खेल ही थी। बच्ची के हाथों में मेहंदी लगी थी और उसने पायल-बिछिया पहन रखी थी।
मामला धौलपुर जिले के मनिया थाना इलाके का है।
एसपी मनोज कुमार ने बताया कि मंगलवार देर शाम को मनिया थाना प्रभारी लाखन सिंह को सूचना मिली कि 21 मई को विरजापुरा गांव के एक परिवार के युवक भोपाल सिंह (28) के साथ 7 साल की मासूम की शादी की गई है।
मुखबिर से बाल विवाह की सूचना मिलने के बाद सीओ दीपक खंडेलवाल के नेतृत्व में टीम गठित कर दबिश दी गई।
आरोपियों के खेत में बने मकान पर पुलिस टीम पहुंची तो वहां जींस और टीशर्ट पहने एक 7 साल की बच्ची मिली, जो मोबाइल पर गेम खेल रही थी। पुलिस ने उससे पूछताछ की, लेकिन वह कुछ बता नहीं पाई। नाबालिग को खरीदकर लाने और बाल विवाह करने वाले आरोपी भूपालसिंह और उसके पिता महेन्द्र सिंह (73) पुत्र कंचन सिंह निवासी विरजापुरा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
4.50 रुपए में खरीद कर कराई बेटे की शादी
एसपी ने बताया कि पुलिस ने मकान में मिली परिवार की महिलाओं से मासूम के बारे में पूछा तो पहले तो अपने दूर की रिश्तेदार बताया। संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिलने पर पुलिस ने सख्ती से पूछताछ की तो उन्होंने बताया कि बच्ची को दूसरे गांव के एक व्यक्ति से 4.50 लाख रुपए में खरीदा है और अपने बेटे से शादी करा दी।
मानव तस्करी के नेटवर्क की जानकारी जुटा रही पुलिस
सीओ दीपक खंडेलवाल ने बताया कि धौलपुर जिले में पहले में भी महिलाओं की खरीद-फरोख्त के मामले सामने आते रहे हैं। अब 7 साल की मासूम की खरीद- फरोख्त कर बाल विवाह कराने के मामला सामने आया है। पुलिस इसका जांच कर रही है।
मामले में और कौन-कौन शामिल हैं, इसके बारे में भी पता लगाया जा रहा है। मनिया थाने पर तैनात ASI एवं बाल कल्याण अधिकारी सुरेश चंद ने मानव तस्करी, बाल विवाह और पोक्सो एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कराया है।
25 साल पहले जमीनी विवाद को लेकर की थी हत्या
थाना प्रभारी लाखन सिंह ने बताया कि नाबालिग को खरीदने वाला आरोपी महेंद्र सिंह मध्य प्रदेश के मुरैना जिले के किसरोली गांव का रहने वाला है। 25 साल पहले महेंद्र और उसके भाई हाकिम ने जमीनी विवाद में परिवार के एक युवक की हत्या कर दी थी।
मर्डर मामले में जेल की सजा काटने के बाद आरोपी का परिवार धौलपुर के विरजापुरा गांव में आकर बस गया। पुलिस ने जब आरोपी के घर दबिश दी तो वहां पर बच्ची और घर की महिलाएं मिलीं।
इन महिलाओं ने पुलिस को गुमराह करने के लिए दूर की रिश्तेदार बताया, लेकिन जब सख्ती से पूछताछ की तो उन्होंने लड़की की खरीद-फरोख्त की बात कबूल कर ली।
एसपी ने बताया कि इन दोनों के घर पर आने की सूचना मिली थी।
इस पर पुलिस टीम ने खेत पर बने मकान पर दबिश देकर उनको गिरफ्तार कर लिया। आरोपियों ने पूछताछ में बताया कि उन्होंने एक दलाल के माध्यम से यह सौदा किया था।
आरोपियों से पूछताछ के आधार पर अन्य आरोपियों की तलाश में जुटी है।

The case pertains to Maniya police station area of Dholpur district.
SP Manoj Kumar told that on Tuesday late evening, Mania police station in-charge Lakhan Singh got information that on May 21, a 7-year-old innocent was married to Bhopal Singh (28), a youth of a family of Virjapura village.
After getting information about child marriage from the informer, a team was formed and raided under the leadership of CO Deepak Khandelwal.
When the police team reached the house built in the farm of the accused, they found a 7-year-old girl wearing jeans and T-shirt playing a game on mobile. The police interrogated her, but she could not tell anything. The accused Bhupal Singh and his father Mahendra Singh (73), son of Kanchan Singh, resident of Virjapura, who bought a minor and got her married, were arrested.

The SP told that when the police asked the women of the family found in the house about the innocent, at first they told their distant relatives. On not getting a satisfactory answer, the police strictly inquired, then he told that he had bought the girl from a person from another village for Rs 4.50 lakh and got her married to his son.
Police gathering information about human trafficking network
CO Deepak Khandelwal said that cases of horse-trading of women have been coming to the fore in Dholpur district in the past as well. Now the case of child marriage by buying and selling a 7-year-old innocent has come to the fore. The police is probing it.
Who else is involved in the matter is also being ascertained. Suresh Chand, ASI and child welfare officer posted at Maniya police station, has registered a case under human trafficking, child marriage and POCSO Act.
